dear expectant mother
We want to let you know we wish you all the peace in the world while making this decision, no matter what you choose. We are so honored you are reviewing our information and that you want to learn more about us. It is clear you want what’s best for your child, as shown by your contemplating adoption, and we will strive to provide the very best in care, love, encouragement, and opportunities available, giving your child every possibility to excel, be happy, and have a wonderful life.
We are a financially stable family living in the Midwest. Our daughter is six years old and we adopted her at birth, so we are huge proponents of the adoption process. Other family members have adopted as well. Jen looks forward to exposing your child to books, baking, musical instruments, and travel, while Tony can’t wait to share his love for the outdoors, fitness, and sports. We have been so blessed to have our daughter, and we hope so much to be doubly blessed. We see the smiles and hear the laughter of our daughter and can imagine the chorus of laughs that will fill this home. More than anything, we just want your child to be the happiest child they can be. We promise to do everything in our power to give your child the best life possible.
Alston, who goes by Tony, is a stay-at-home father and has been for just over five years now after serving in the U.S. Navy and as a defense contractor. Jen is a defense contractor for a large firm and has been with this company for eight years. We met at work, where Tony was assigned and Jen was a contractor for an intelligence agency in DC. We have been married for just over 10 years now, and we are best friends who work as a team in regard to everything! We fiercely support each other and our daughter in everything we do. We let our daughter know we are so proud of her every single day and she never has to worry about our love for her or our love for each other ever dwindling, no matter what!
Our Home & Pets
We live in a safe suburban neighborhood filled with large houses, a playground, and kids galore. We have five bedrooms, a huge backyard patio and pavilion, and multiple play areas. A local pool is a short two-minute drive away, and there are loads of parks in our town. We live close enough to a city where we can enjoy everything it has to offer, including private school for our daughter. Our next-door neighbor and a neighbor down the street both have adopted children. We have three cats who cuddle and play with us as if they were dogs. We can’t wait to go to parks, neighborhood parties, the pumpkin patch, and local Christmas events with our new family member!
Our Extended Family
Our extended family includes two other adopted children, and our daughter has both older and younger cousins whom she loves to go hiking with, play with, and spend time with. Jen’s parents live on a very large lake near an amusement park, which we all love to visit. Tony’s family lives in the countryside, which is perfect for hiking, exploring, and camping.
Our families were ecstatic to learn we adopted and are thrilled again. We make it a point to alternate holiday visits so each side of the family is involved. We even sometimes take vacations with extended family members to places like Disney World and Treasure Island. We cannot wait to show your child our traditions of birthday celebrations, treasure hunts, and visiting where he or she was born!
We have multiple family members, neighbors, and friends who have adopted. We saw firsthand how adoption is such a blessing when we adopted our daughter in 2013. Unable to have biological children, we looked to the generosity and selflessness of a birth family, and we know the incredible sacrifice it entails. We desperately want to grow our family again. We cannot wait to connect with a family, talk about family traditions they may like us to keep up, and let them know how precious their child would be to us.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
