Dear Expectant Mother,
I try to imagine the life you have envisioned for your child while I search for the words to reassure you and paint a picture of what I believe an amazing childhood would look like. In my painting, I see a baby who has become the foundation of a family and who we will always promise to protect, nurture, love unconditionally, and develop into a person of great character, integrity, and compassion for others. I will love this baby all the days of my life, and when he or she is ready to know their story, I will be an open book.
I am so thankful to be considered for this gift you are bestowing, and I truly hope you know your child will change and immensely enrich my life and those around me! I will provide a life of opportunity and stability and a home filled with enough love to fill the ocean. I value a life of fun, silliness, and adventure! My days will consist of teaching my child how to enjoy life and not take life too seriously, to be proud of who they are, and to discover who they are while doing what they love.
About Me
I am interested in so many different things! I love animals, and all of my pets have been rescued. I love to shop antiques and consignment. Many of my projects are designing homemade baby mobiles for my antique booth, repainting and upscaling frames and furniture, and learning new things to bring to my vision. I have also worked with foster children who needed a safe home. As an adult in my early 40s, I decided the route of my life was about to shift with the desire for a child of my own. Once I decided that life doesn't have to happen as we plan, I became able to begin my real passion for life. That passion became to adopt a baby that would bring joy to my life!
My Home & Pets
My home is my oasis. I have it designed to bring comfort and serenity for both relaxation and entertaining. My favorite part of the house is the dining room, with its many windows and natural light to view the pool and birds. A home would never be complete without some fur laying around. My two dogs and two cats help to bring comfort and companionship. On those more chaotic days, the smaller cousins come to visit, and they bring the child laughter and fun when you want to have a fun sleepover. The great neighbors are one of the things that keep me permanent and help me to feel safe.
My Extended Family
I come from a medium-sized family with several only children, including myself, which now consists of just parents and cousins; we long to bring in a new member to complete us. My grandparents were my world, and I envision my parents having that same nurturing relationship with my child. As an only child, I value my cousins as some would their siblings. There are only a few of us, so it makes for a closer bond. They, too, are anxious to have a new child to love!
Holidays are always a big deal in my home. We celebrate every one of them with enthusiasm and joy. Even as adults, we still gift each other Easter baskets, and I host an annual Halloween party for all of my friends. (It’s always been my favorite holiday.)
We also do not miss many festivals in and around our state! It’s one of our favorite pastimes to check out a craft fair, antique show, Renaissance festival, or whatever we discover along the way!
What Led Me To Adoption
My mother was adopted at birth, and this led to my interest in adoption. The notion of adoption has always been present as a possibility one day. As time has passed, life events have placed me in a fortunate position of being financially stable so that I may fully consider what exactly I want most in life.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
