dear expectant mother

Just the thought of you reading our profile warms our hearts. We truly believe adoption is what we are meant to do and the way our family will begin. We cannot wait to share memories and our life’s journey with your precious baby. Our entire family is excited and eager to watch us become parents, and we all continue to pray for the blessing of our first child.

Your baby will be so loved and will enjoy our daily adventures throughout the year. Summers are filled with swimming, boat rides, fishing, and bonfires. Winters are filled with sledding, snowmen, cuddles on the couch watching Disney+, baking lots of goodies, and Christmas celebrations. In the fall, we enjoy the color changes in MN, lots of farm time, pumpkin patches, apple orchards, and shopping. When spring comes, we enjoy planting flowers, playing outside, farm adventures, walks, eating outside, and traveling.

Your blessing and precious baby will be the center of our world, and he or she will be loved by so many. We have not seen the world yet, but we want to, and we cannot wait for your baby to see it too. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us and considering us. We would be so blessed to get to know you and share life with your precious baby.

About Us

We met in February 2016 through an online dating app and soon became inseparable, spending every weekend together. We purchased our home a year later and were married in June 2018. We are definitely the other’s better half and have a difficult time spending more than a weekend apart. Our free time is often spent with our friends and family grilling and hanging out. Our alone time is spent enjoying time cuddled up on the couch with our fur babies while watching our favorite shows or doing updates to our home. Jimmy works in lawn and landscaping as a lawn care servicer and enjoys his time outside. Jenáe is a special education teacher and absolutely loves that no day is the same. Our commonality of compassion for children is admired by everyone who knows us.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a small town in Minnesota. Our home is blessed with two precious fur babies, Joey and Jetta. We have a large corner lot located less than one mile from the schools. There is also a beautiful open park with a playground across the street where our dogs love to run and play fetch. Our home is a three-bedroom split-level with lots of space for family gatherings. We have a large park nearby, complete with waterfalls, a small zoo, and playgrounds. We also live within one mile of the public pool and large recreation center. Our town has family-centered celebrations throughout the year.

Our Extended Family

Family is everything to us. Jenáe has a younger sister who cannot wait to become an auntie! Jimmy has two brothers. We have five nephews between ages 1 and 13. We are very close with our parents and talk to them and visit on a regular basis.

We love being at the family farm for adventures like four-wheeler rides, feeding the calves and pigs, etc. Jimmy spends the fall at the farm helping with the harvest. Both of our families are beyond excited to add a precious blessing to our family and have been praying for and supporting us every step.

Christmas with our families is very important and a huge part of our traditions. We decorate our home inside and out in Christmas decor. Christmas Eve is spent with Jenáe’s family with a big supper and playing all types of games. We spend Christmas morning at home and open presents with just the two of us. We enjoy having the morning and Santa’s visit as our own little family and can’t wait for your baby to join us. By Christmas afternoon, we are with Jimmy’s side at the family farm.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have talked about adoption since we met. We absolutely love children, and our hearts are open to every child we meet. We knew from the beginning that if we were unable to have or had difficulties having a biological child, we would open our arms and hearts to adoption. We feel it is in our hearts and souls that adoption is our journey. Jimmy’s oldest brother was adopted due to his parents having difficulties getting pregnant, one of Jimmy’s aunts and uncles adopted their son, and we have several friends who have adoption within their family lines. Family comes in all shapes and sizes, and we believe it is the love within your hearts that truly makes you a family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
