dear expectant mother
As I sit here thinking of what I should say to you, all I feel is an overwhelming appreciation for you. Because of you and your act of selflessness, I may become a mother. In my eyes, you are already such an amazing mom because you’re putting the needs of your baby before your own. I can promise, should you bless me by choosing me, your baby will be surrounded by love for the rest of their lives and surrounded by a family that understands that love doesn’t mean we all share the same DNA. My very blended and loving family will cherish your baby.
I truly believe God has been telling me for years that I’m meant to be a mom. I don’t believe He’d put such an aching desire in my heart if that weren’t true. But His plans don’t always make sense to us. After a lot of prayer, I truly believe God has been telling me all along that my future son or daughter is coming, but they're going to be born before I meet them. I 100% believe adoption is God’s plan for me, and because of your bravery, my prayers may be answered with “Yes, it is time.” So from the bottom of my heart, I cannot express how amazingly appreciative I am for you.
I’m a fun, outgoing person who loves the company of friends and family! I love almost anything outdoors, whether sports, hiking, or get-togethers in the backyard! But I can appreciate the quiet nights at home relaxing with a good series or book. Summers are definitely my favorite time of the year, although I do enjoy the beauty that I get to see in the winter when the snow is covering the branches. I love playing sports of any kind, but my favorites would be volleyball and baseball. I’m a huge college football fan and try to watch every game. I look forward to spending time with my family as much as possible. I come from a very big family, and growing up, my cousins were my first friends. I also work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility and freedom to focus on my future child.
I live in a small town surrounded by more small towns. It’s a place where it’s hard to go somewhere and not bump into someone you know. There’s a lot of pizza places, a lot of churches, and a lot of shopping! I take part in all of it! I love making my home cozy, and I love decorating for every holiday I can. My mom and stepdad live about five minutes away, and my dad and stepmom are about 20 minutes away, so it’s nice to have family so close! My fur baby of almost 14 years passed three Christmases ago so I’m not quite ready to get another one, but I’m looking forward to getting a dog in the future. I have a big, fenced-in backyard, and I think it’s missing a wagging tail.
My Extended Family
My family is very big, beautiful, and blended! My mom and stepdad live one town over from me, and I see them all the time. My dad and stepmom live about 20 minutes away. I have three brothers that live over toward my dad but about an hour from me. Another brother and his wife and three kids live about 25 minutes from me but in the other direction. I have three other siblings I do not see as much, but thanks to social media, we’re able to stay in contact.
My cousins and their families live close, and we love having game night with either cards or board games as often as our schedules allow. We are truly more like sisters than cousins sometimes. I also believe there are some friends that are 100% family in my eyes, and I feel really blessed to have them in my life.
What Led Me To Adoption
My adoption journey actually started before I even knew it. Growing up, my parents were foster parents. We always had kids in our home, and one of the children who came to live with us a few years later became my sister for real. I think part of me always knew I’d be here one day. What I didn’t know is that I was going to have a lot of obstacles put in front of me. But after a lot of prayers, I know this is what my journey to motherhood looks like. God has put such a strong desire in my heart to be a mom, and as much as those obstacles hurt, He had a plan all along. I cannot wait to meet this beautiful miracle!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
