dear expectant mother
Thank you for choosing life. You have chosen to put your child’s needs before your own, and you are so brave in making that decision. We cannot begin to know the emotions that you are going through as you are choosing the adoptive parents for your child. We are here to support you in any way we can.
We are honored that you are considering us and would be thrilled if you chose us to be parents to your child. Please know that your child is already loved, and our families can’t wait to welcome him or her. Your child would have many young cousins who are ready to meet and play with him or her. We are excited to open our hearts and provide your child with a lifetime of stability and love. We know we can provide your child with many opportunities throughout their life, financial support, family support, and, most importantly, a loving home.
We promise to respect the level of communication that you would want in the future and ensure that your child will always know that you love them so much. Thank you for your sacrifice, for considering us, and for giving us the opportunity to fulfill our dream of being parents.
We met while out with mutual friends. Loren had just moved back to PA and was not expecting to meet his best friend. Janel expected to have a girls’ night out and never thought she’d be meeting her future husband. We had an immediate connection and realized very quickly that we had a lot in common. Loren works as a financial advisor and interacts with lots of different types of people every day. Janel hires IT consultants all over the U.S. for a Fortune 500 company. We love music and usually have Frank Sinatra, the Eagles, and more playing throughout the house. We love going to concerts with friends, and Janel sings locally at Christmas with a performance group. We love to travel the U.S. and the world and enjoy trying out the newest restaurants in town but also enjoy cooking meals together.
Our Home & Pets
We love our neighborhood, and it is designated as a Tree City USA city. Our city was named one of the best places to live in the state. We are less than 10 miles from a large city, so we get to enjoy both suburban and downtown city life very easily. We live in an ethnically diverse area as many in our community work in the local hospitals and universities. We also live very close to the elementary school, high school, major county parks (that include a community pool), and a famous amusement park!
Our Extended Family
Janel comes from a large family and is the oldest of seven kids. We have three nieces and four nephews all under the age of ten, which makes for fun family gatherings! Janel’s family lives within 15–40 minutes of us, and we see each other frequently. Janel also has a large extended family, and we have yearly summer reunions with all the aunts, uncles, and cousins, numbering well over 75 members.
Loren grew up with an older brother, and later in life, his father remarried. He has two young adult sisters whom he’s very close to. The birthday of one of his sisters is around Memorial Day, and we have a pool party every year to celebrate with extended family, including three nieces. Although they live about an hour and a half from us, they communicate frequently through their group texts and see each other as often as possible.
Loren and Janel come from similar ethnic backgrounds, which include Eastern European and Italian heritages. Every holiday is spent making homemade gnocchi, ravioli, and Italian cookies, and we love the holiday tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have always wanted to be parents and dreamed that we would have a large family. Sadly, we experienced infertility and a miscarriage. Early in our marriage, we discussed adoption as another way to share our lives and love with a child. The decision to adopt has breathed new hope into both of us, and we are so excited to open our hearts and home and to share and make family traditions together. Loren has close friends, coworkers, and family that have either been adopted or have adopted. We have seen first hand the closeness and warmth adoption has given them.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
