dear expectant mother
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at our profile and getting to know our little tribe! We cannot imagine what you are going through right now, but we are overwhelmed with gratitude by your selfless decision. Please know we are inspired by your bravery and strength. We are truly hopeful you and your child will find us!
We are over the moon that you are considering us to raise your precious blessing, and the thought that we may able to tuck your little bundle of joy into our lives just fills our hearts with warmth and love.
We understand you are probably looking through a number of profiles to decide if any would be the best fit for you and your baby, and although this may be overwhelming for you, we hope you know we fully support you in whatever decision you make. We hope we have given you a small yet concise glimpse into our family. We would love to share more with you if you would like. We look forward to hearing from you.
Our story began 11 years ago when we met at a local restaurant. Heather had just moved home after completing graduate school. Rory was having dinner with friends. Our paths crossed as Heather was leaving the restaurant. We aren't sure if it was a chance meeting or fate, but it was definitely love at first sight. We were married four months later! Heather is a native Texan and youngest of three girls. She has been a physician assistant for 12 years, and the focus of her practice is internal medicine. She works at a major hospital close to home. Heather enjoys interior design, pilates, and ballet. Rory was born and raised in Montana. He is the youngest of two boys.He moved to Texas in the late ’90s and does medical billing and coding. Rory enjoys biking, music, and sports, especially football, the Pittsburgh Steelers being his favorite team.
Our Home & Pets
We reside in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, one-story home nestled right next door to Heather’s mom and dad! There are four fur babies residing in our home: 2 tiny doggies and 2 kitties. We have a guest room we can’t wait to turn into your baby’s little oasis to rest, play, snuggle, and grow. We also have a dedicated playroom full of toys just waiting to be played with! Our back yard is large and backs up to a rolling creek. There is a play set already waiting for make believe pirates, cops and robbers, or even a princess in the tower. Next to the play set is a fire pit where s'mores and cuddling by the fire are a regular occurrence in the fall and winter months.
Our Extended Family
We love spending time as a family, and traditions are deeply rooted in our lives. We are so excited at the thought of including your baby in these traditions! Fall and winter is an especially wonderful time for us as we love decorating our home for the different holiday seasons. We also love family outings to the various activities around our city. Our yearly pumpkin patch visit kicks off the start of the seasons and is a staple for us as a family. Every year we go to the farmers market and pick out pumpkins. We also love going to the State Fair of Texas every October and the Texas Renaissance Festival every November. Christmas time is a magical time for our family, naturally, but we especially love this time of year because we have family from Montana come to stay for a long visit. It gets hot early here in Texas, and our neighborhood pool is where you can usually find us in the spring and summer with all the local children and parents! Travel is something we really enjoy as a family as well. We love to go to Montana for camping trips and Indiana to see Heather’s oldest sister and her family.
Our Adoption Story
We knew even before marrying that adoption would be our path as, in her late teens, Heather developed ovarian failure and had to undergo a hysterectomy. Our adoption journey began four years after marrying, and we welcomed our son, Jameson, into our lives. We enjoy an open adoption with both sides of his extended birth family. Jameson is very excited to have a new brother or sister or even both! Adoption is not foreign to Heather's family as her oldest sister has two adopted daughters and her middle sister has one adopted son. Adoption has blessed our entire extended family many times over, and we feel so lucky to be a part of this beautifully blended family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
