dear expectant mother
Words cannot express how honored and humbled we are that you are considering us for adoption. We realize this decision is not easy and we admire your love, selflessness, and courage.
We have raised two wonderful children and are looking forward to continuing to grow our family. If you choose us as adoptive parents, your child will have every opportunity to grow, learn, and chase after each and every one of his or her dreams. Your child will be introduced to several new experiences and strongly encouraged to pursue what he or she enjoys. We hope you can see how the life and home we have created is filled with love and the support of family and friends.
We cannot imagine the feelings you have or will experience in considering an adoption plan. Even though we have not had the opportunity to get to know you, we have a great amount of respect and admiration for you. The strength you have shown in considering adoption is something you should feel proud of. If you choose us, your child will always know that your decision was made out of love.
In our home, we believe family comes first. If you choose us, your child will develop close relationships with his or her two brothers. Your child will spend countless hours getting to know his or her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. And of course, your child will be loved unconditionally and given countless opportunities to succeed and enjoy life.
We are Heath and Kami. We started our relationship in 2002. Neither of us was looking for “anything serious” at the time, so it probably does not surprise you that 16 years later we are still together and very happily married. We met while playing pool. Heath told Kami that the chalk smelled like blueberries. Kami leaned in to smell it and Heath chalked up her nose. We dated for four years, and we have been married for the last 12. We both love sports, theater, and dance. We enjoy going to plays and watching our nephew perform.
Heath is a Service Manager and oversees two shops. He enjoys his job, the responsibilities, and the day-to-day challenges his job presents. Kami is the Lead Pharmacy Technician at a cancer institute where she mixes chemotherapy drugs for cancer patients. She absolutely loves her work despite how hard it can be at times.
Our Home & Pets
Our house is a two-story home built in 1980. We have four bedrooms and three baths. We live on a fairly secluded road where were our only neighbors are an elderly, friendly couple. We have a family room, a living room, and a full basement. We have a very large yard and an incredible view. The front of our house overlooks the bay, while the back of our house has an amazing view of the mountains behind us. We do, however, have a couple of small neighborhoods within walking distance. We have two small dogs that are both twelve-years-old and are very spoiled.
Our Extended Family
Heath comes from a family of five, including his mother, one brother, and two sisters. He is very close to his brother - growing up, the two were practically inseparable. Heath is the youngest of his family. While growing up, he was also extremely close with his grandfather, who more or less took on the role of his father.
Kami comes from a family of seven, including her mother and father, four sisters, and one brother. Kami is the second oldest. Kami’s entire family still lives within twenty minutes of each other, with the exception of her brother who is an astonishing two hours away. We see them all on a regular basis. We get together for holidays and family outings. Some of our favorite get-togethers are themed parties, such as glow-stick dance night, a lumberjack birthday party, or Cinco de Mayo, to name a few.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have two almost-grown children. Our 22-year-old has already purchased his own house and is enjoying life as a young adult. Our other son is 19, and he is currently pursuing the career he has dreamed about since he was a little boy. Both boys remain a huge part of our lives. While Kami was their primary mother throughout the majority of their lives, she did not have the opportunity to raise them from childbirth. She cannot have biological children. We have always desired more children and knew adoption was the path meant for us. We have dreamed of adopting for several years now and are both excited to finally be on this exciting path.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
