dear expectant mother

We want to say thank you for considering our family to care for and love the child you are carrying and bringing into the world. We have been praying for you, the baby, and your family since we started this journey. Your willingness to potentially place your child with us takes more selflessness and bravery than we’ll ever know. Thank you for considering our family to love, support, and create memories with your child. Choosing us would be a dream come true for us, our daughter, and our families.

We are looking forward to the day we get to meet you and your baby, if you’re comfortable with that. Please know we are continuing to pray for you and your baby through this. Second Corinthians 9:8 says, “And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” We acknowledge the sacrifice you are making, not only for your family but for ours as well. Thank you.

About Us

Hello! We are Ryan and Hannah. We are a family-oriented, fun-loving, and compassionate couple. Ryan is hardworking and gentle. Hannah is patient and witty. We met on the first day of college and have been inseparable ever since. We both work in healthcare. Ryan is an ER nurse, and Hannah is a family nurse practitioner. Ryan has worked in the ER for his entire career. He is currently in graduate school for his nurse practitioner degree. Hannah was a labor and delivery nurse before getting her NP degree. We are both invested in our careers, but our time with family is our main priority. Ryan loves being outdoors. He specifically loves fishing. Hannah enjoys reading and baking cookies. We are very involved in our church as our faith is important to us. We currently assist with the children’s ministry team. We look forward to our children participating with us!

Our Home & Pets

We live in Missouri. We recently finished building our dream home on several acres. We have a special nursery set up and ready! We live in a neighborhood full of children and young families. We have a German shepherd named Hank. He was our first baby. He’s six years old and wonderful around children. All the neighborhood kids love him! Our town is a perfect size for a young and growing family. There are plenty of things to do in town, including local theme parks, lakes, hiking trails, and much more.

Our Extended Family

We are both fortunate to have loving families who support us. Ryan comes from a family with three children. He is the middle child. We see his parents, siblings, and extended family almost every week. His entire family lives within two hours of us, so we see them often. Hannah comes from a family with four children. She is an identical twin and has two younger brothers. Hannah’s family lives in town, and we see them weekly as well.

We spend each holiday with both of our families. Our Christmas traditions include getting new pajamas every Christmas Eve on Hannah’s side and having a wrapping paper “fight” at Ryan’s grandparents’ house after opening up presents. We have an annual dodgeball tournament every Fourth of July with Ryan’s family. It’s very competitive! We look forward to continuing these traditions with our kids as they grow.

What Led Us To Adoption

We are very excited about the opportunity to adopt and grow our family. We have been advised by doctors not to extend our biological family due to serious complications during our first pregnancy. Doctors believe it would be life threatening for us to have another baby naturally. We have a five-year-old daughter who is very excited about having a sibling! Adoption has been on Hannah’s heart since before she met Ryan. She was a nanny for a family who adopted, and she has been thinking about it ever since. We have several friends who have adopted as well as family members. Our best friends recently adopted their baby. We have tremendous support and a great community of people surrounding us. We feel this is how our family is meant to grow. We are ready to have a little one in the house again!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
