dear expectant mother

We truly don’t know how to even start this letter with the number of emotions that are running through us. Our first thought is what a strong and courageous woman you are for making this decision. We do not know what it is like for you, and we will not act like we do. We can only say how we feel and how we will nurture your child if given the opportunity.

We would be thrilled to teach, play with, and, more than anything, love your baby as a part of our family. We would ensure they have a wonderful education and every opportunity to be themselves and have a successful life. Our families would be overjoyed to have another family member and watch them grow from day one. They would have siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins to grow with and learn from.

We know this will be a difficult decision and hope you will find peace and comfort when you make it. We would be beyond thrilled if we are the chosen family to love and cherish your baby. We know we can provide your baby with a wonderful life.

About Us

We are Matthew and Erin from Pennsylvania. We met in 2000 at a party and became fast friends. After college, we went our separate ways. Matthew went into the Navy for six years and had a beautiful daughter, Erin began her career in the utility industry. After Matthew returned to Pennsylvania with his daughter, we picked up like we were never apart. We got married in 2017, surrounded by all our family and friends. We were blessed with our youngest daughter a few years later and in 2020 we bought our forever home, which we are looking forward to making many memories in. Matthew continues to work for the Navy and Erin in the utility industry. Matthew is a great cook, and Erin loves being the taste tester. We enjoy spending time with our extended family as much as possible and spending summers by the beach.

Our Home & Pets

We live in the suburbs in a quiet development that has a good mixture of different family dynamics. Our school district is one of the best in the state and continues to improve as they have just built a new middle school. We live in a raised ranch, which we are upgrading to meet our family’s style and needs. We have a large backyard that includes a patio, a deck, a playground set, and a fenced dog run. We have three dogs: Echo, Pearl, and Gator. Echo is a pure white German shepherd that is a sweet, loving girl. Pearl is a mixed breed dog that was rescued from a shelter, and Gator is a Boston terrier that is full of life and enjoys children.

Our Extended Family

We both come from large families with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Erin is an only child but has many cousins who are like sisters and brothers to her. On her father’s side alone, there are 13 cousins, and they have 17 children ranging in age from newborn to 18. Her family all lives within an hour of each other. Matthew has two older sisters, two nieces, and four nephews. His family all live within an hour of each other as well.

Matthew’s parents live near the beach, and we often spend the summer weekends visiting them and enjoying the beach, pool, and other attractions nearby. We ensure that we spend every holiday with some form of our family, whether it’s Erin’s side, Matthew’s side, or a combination of the two. On top of that, we take yearly vacations with family members.

What Led Us To Adoption

Our adoption journey has been an ongoing discussion for a few years, and we finally decided the best time is now. We were able to conceive a child through IVF in 2019. However, we were not so lucky with subsequent tries but, this has not changed our desire to have more children and siblings for our daughters. We have so much love to give and have the ability to support a child. Our two daughters can’t wait to love and play with a new sibling they will also cherish forever.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
