We promise to dedicate our lives to raising him or her in a safe, loving, and happy environment. We hope by viewing our profile you will have a broader sense of who we are and the love we want to give. We both have a great desire to share our love, joyful personalities, and positive attitudes. We look forward to getting to know you.

About Us

We met over 12 years ago and have been married for over 10 years. We fully support and love each other’s individuality and desires to always be progressing. Eric is easy to get to know and is a true court jester! He loves to make people laugh and isn’t afraid to act silly. Marie is a hard worker and loves organizing birthday parties, bridal showers, and baby showers for all our close friends. She is also very responsible and makes sure if she commits to something, she always sees it through. We both have different strengths and weaknesses and truly believe we complement each other extremely well, providing an amazing balance.

Over the years, we have been on many adventures and love spending time together. We love all aspects of life and especially enjoy camping, sports, traveling, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and wakeboarding. When we aren’t being active, we also love playing games, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Our Home & Pets

We have lived in our six-bedroom home for a little over five years now. We chose it because of its charm and how very family-oriented the neighborhood is. We really enjoy having a swimming pool in our backyard as we love entertaining and hosting BBQs. We now have an annual Fourth of July swimming, BBQ, and fireworks party at our house which both sides of our extended families attend.

We are animal-loving people and have had as many as three dogs in our home at one time before. Currently, we have two French bulldogs named Russell and Lilo.

Our Extended Family

Marie grew up in a very loving and close-knit family. She has two sisters, one younger and one older, and two half-sisters from her dad’s first marriage. Her parents have now been married for about 46 years and are still going strong. Her older sister lives in California and has six children, and her younger sister lives in Utah and has two daughters. We make an effort to all get together several times throughout the year for holidays or spring break. Family has always been extremely important to Marie and she values every moment she gets to spend with them.

Eric was raised in a loving family and has six siblings. His parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary next year. Growing up, Eric was taught to work hard, value loyalty, be responsible, and, most importantly, to have fun. He enjoyed spending a lot of his time drawing, building model airplanes, and being active. His most treasured memories are of his dad taking everyone fishing, although Eric was always more excited to go swimming in the lake. After many failed attempts at catching any fish, he soon realized he wasn’t cut out to be a fisherman. He is still very close with his family, especially his older brother, who has adopted four children and really opened our hearts to growing our own family through the miracle of adoption.

What Led Us To Adoption

We spent our first few years of our marriage really getting to know and enjoy one another, and also making sure we were ready to provide for a family. Once we were ready for it to happen, it wasn’t as easy as we thought it was going to be. After about three years of trying, we ended up turning to fertility treatments. We attempted IVF four times and nothing stuck, leaving us extremely heartbroken and devastated at the thought of not being parents. We have always wanted a family and love kids, so we began looking for another way to make our dream come true. After some discussion, we quickly knew adoption was the right path for us. Adoption holds a huge spot in our hearts as we witnessed the love it brought to Eric’s older brother, who has adopted four children. We have so much love for each other and know we have even more to give. We hope you see that we would be excellent parents and your child would be raised in a loving environment.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
