dear expectant mother
We’d first like to thank you for considering us to care for, love, and raise your baby. You are so brave and courageous to consider this very difficult and selfless decision. Your gift would be our absolute miracle.
One of our favorite quotes is, “Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come.” We love that quote. It applies to everyone going through a difficult time: to you, to us, to anyone on this crazy journey we call life. For us, the infertility struggles and the realization that we would never conceive a pregnancy on our own was nothing short of heartbreaking. But that hardship actually turned into the greatest gift, because that journey has led us to adoption! And for that, we are so forever grateful.
Our entire family is overjoyed to welcome a new baby into the family. Your baby will have older siblings to teach and guide them in life, lots of cousins to play with, and loving parents who will always be there for them.
We pray that you will find comfort in making your decision of finding a family for your baby. If we have the qualities you are looking for, we hope you and your baby will become part of our story in whatever capacity you feel comfortable. Please know that if you choose our family, your baby will be loved unconditionally and cherished in our home and our hearts forever.
We are Eric and B (Bethann). B works as a pricing manager, and Eric is retired from the army, but loves to earn extra money as a divemaster and spear fisherman.
We both love to be outdoors and enjoy spending time with our animals. We love to go boating on the ocean water, swimming and scuba diving, and exploring the shoreline on the beautiful Florida beaches. We also really enjoy just staying at home with our three dogs, doing house projects, working on the lawn, relaxing by the pool, and barbecuing with friends and family.
We met almost five years ago at a birthday dinner for B’s birthday. When we met there was an instant connection. Eric has such a soft and gentle heart, and B is so outgoing and sweet. We spent the next day at the beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunset together conversing and getting to know one another on a deeper level. We have been inseparable ever since.
Our Home & Pets
We recently bought a new home in a cozy neighborhood in hopes of expanding our family one day. We have a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, with a wood-burning fireplace, a pool, and a fenced-in backyard for our dogs. We have a chocolate lab named Willow, a chihuahua named Koby, and the sweetest miniature pinscher that you’ll ever meet, named Ellie. We have a field beyond our backyard, so we enjoy taking them back there and letting them run and play. We enjoy taking them for walks around the neighborhood and throwing the ball for them to release all their energy. We also have a tortoise named Sherman. He’s only one, but we enjoy feeding him and watching him explore his habitat.
Our Extended Family
B and Eric are both part of a very close-knit family. B has a younger sister, an older sister, an older brother, and five beautiful nieces and nephews. She grew up in a small town in Minnesota and spent her weekends at her parents’ lake home where they reside today. B and Eric enjoy Minnesota very much and visit at least once a year. We are excited to bring a little one back one day to experience the beautiful lakes, camping, and just spending time with family. B’s entire family also enjoys coming to Florida with their families. We can hardly wait to have a little one experience life by the pool and on the ocean with all his or her little cousins one day.
Eric has two younger brothers, a younger sister, and three nieces and nephews. He's closest to his youngest sibling, Ryan, who lives only two miles down the road. Ryan, his wife, and four-year-old daughter visit frequently and spend time with us playing board games, swimming in the pool, and barbecuing on the weekends. They can't wait for their daughter to have a little cousin to play with one day.
What Led Us To Adoption
Both of us had always planned on having a child together since we were married. Unfortunately, we are unable to have biological children. Eric has 3 children from a previous marriage. Our dream is to grow our family and we felt our path was pointing us to the miracle of adoption! Eric’s youngest daughter (16) is so excited to finally become a big sister! She can hardly wait to be able to spoil her new baby sibling. And Eric’s two older boys (18 & 23) who live in Alaska are also eager to be older brothers again. They enjoy being in the protective big brother role and are thrilled to show their little sibling the Alaskan life one day.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
