dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
You are a rockstar! We will never understand the strength, courage, and emotions you are going through to get to this point, and we respect you so much. We admire you and are so very thankful you have considered us in this process!
Should you choose us, your baby will be surrounded by love from our family and many friends across the country who have been praying for a special child to fill our home. They will be raised on the farm and have a childhood full of playing in the dirt, cuddling baby animals, and many tractor rides. Obviously, we are very biased, but we think there is no better life than on the farm and the many lessons that are learned through it. We look forward to the day our child takes their first steps in the show ring with a cow and we can be the parents cheering on the sidelines of a sporting event.
We know God is guiding both our paths and hope you find peace in whatever you decide. We would be honored, grateful, and humbled should you choose us for your baby. It would be our number one priority to make you proud and confident in your decision.
About Us
Hello! We are Justin and Emily from Illinois. We met 15 years ago at a cattle show before becoming college sweethearts and getting married in March of 2013. About four years ago, we moved to be closer to Justin’s family farm. We both grew up farm kids and showing livestock (mostly cattle) competitively across the United States. Together we make a good team and balance each other. Justin is hardworking, loves a good joke, and is competitive. Emily has a big heart, has a creative mind, and is determined. We love life on the farm and the things showing cattle has allowed us both to accomplish. We can’t wait to share this lifestyle and our support system with our future children. We enjoy taking in Midwest sunsets, watching Illini sporting events, and spending time with our families.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a small farming community but are still only 20 minutes from the city. Our ranch home is an open concept with a big back patio, a big yard, a barn, and six acres of pasture that usually has a few cows on it. Our two Pembroke Welsh corgis (Mallory, 10, and Zoey, 4) love all the room to run. The farmland on all sides of our property is owned and farmed by Justin’s dad. Most days you can sit on the porch and see for miles while taking in some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. At the main farm, we have lots of cows and three more dogs belonging to Justin’s parents. Most of Justin’s family lives in our town and the next town over.
Our Extended Family
Emily grew up with one younger sister. Her entire immediate family lives within 20 miles of each other, and we get together all the time. Emily’s grandfather, uncle, dad, and brother-in-law all farm together. One of Emily’s fondest memories as a child is Sunday night family dinners at her great-grandfather’s house. We usually spend one weekend a month with Emily’s family so that we can spoil our sweet and sassy niece.
Justin grew up with three siblings, a brother and two sisters, of which he is the oldest. The vast majority of his family live near us, but two of his siblings are in Texas and one in Iowa. We still make time to get together often, especially to spoil our two nieces we love to pieces! Around Christmas, all the siblings spend several weeks back home. We love that time together.
Since both our families show cattle together, we spend a lot of time attending various cattle shows across the country. It’s really fun that we can all work together to succeed. We also try to make time for the occasional trip to the beach. We are lucky to have all our grandparents still living, and we try to spend time with all of them making memories.
What Led Us To Adoption
For eight years, we have been trying to achieve the title of parents. It’s been a long road with several bumps, but we have stayed positive and rooted in faith knowing that when the time is right it will come together. In 2021 we thought we would finally achieve that title; instead, we took on the title of angel parents with the birth of our daughter, Kinsley Grace, stillborn at 38 weeks. Prior to becoming pregnant with Kinsley, we were starting to look into adoption. After a year of grieving our angel, we both knew we wanted to pursue adoption in the hope we can finally be blessed with the title of parents.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
