dear expectant mother

It would be an honor to have you pick us to care, love, and raise your child. There are just no words to express our gratitude for giving us this experience to become a parent.

We have always dreamed of holding his or her tiny hands as we walk the beach together, playing in the sand. We picture making lunches for school and attending the school program/PTA meetings. We envision learning about God and incorporating Him into our lives together. We already know that loving this baby would change our world and fill it with color and happiness. We will do everything in our power to support, care, and protect your baby from harm.

We know this is not an easy decision to make from your part, and we cannot imagine how hard it is to even make this kind of sacrifice. Our promise to you is to be great parents. We cannot wait to wake up every morning with a little one in our home. We are beyond words and would not know how to fully thank you for this opportunity that you have given us.

We hope that you can see the light from our view, because we are truly appreciative for this blessing.

About Us

We are both nurses who had the chance to meet at work. We bumped into each other turning a corner, and Chris said it was love at first sight! We dated for five years before getting married. Chris is an old soul, but Elma is young at heart, so we balance each other out perfectly. We like listening to jazz, older songs from Sinatra to the 80’s and 90’s. We always make time for date night, regardless how busy our schedule can get. We support each other spiritually, emotionally, and through our work. We enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and cooking; more than anything, we enjoy each other’s company.

Our Home & Pets

Our home is fairly quiet and has the best view of the water. We wake up each morning feeling refreshed and blessed to live in a safe and calming environment. What we enjoy most about our home is that it has a pretty open space. Chris also has a music room where we envision our baby watching daddy play an instrument or learning how to play it, themselves. We also have a variety of sites where we want to explore and experience with our baby, such as swimming, hiking, strolling, and having play dates in the park. Our Frenchie, Baeimax, cannot wait to have another companion in our home. We enjoy walking and playing with him in our community..

Our Extended Family

When we informed everyone, on both sides of our family, about our adoption decision, everyone gave us their blessings and are more than happy for us. We are very close-knit, and our families have lots of get-togethers. We believe in helping and supporting one another, and we have the utmost respect for our elders.

In most countries, when the children of the family reach 18, or when they graduate from school, they branch out on their own. In Filipino families, this isn’t the case. In fact, most Filipino people stay in their parents’ house up until they marry. It is part of the Filipino tradition that is treasured by everyone, and the elders do not see this as a burden. We also believe that education is indispensable, a national legacy which should be passed from one generation to the next. Education is a high priority and very important to us, so this baby would be exposed to our tradition.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have always had an open mind about the definition of a “family.” We have close friends who were adopted, and they have shared their experiences with us and said they are happy for the decision that was made by their adopted parents. The opportunity to adopt brings us great joy and excitement that we are given a chance to grow a family which we can call our “own.” Through prayers, we are hopeful to be considered as adoptive parents.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
