dear expectant mother
We would like to thank you for taking time to consider us. Adoption would fulfill our biggest dream, being parents, and it would truly be a blessing for us. We see our family members with their kids, and we hope one day soon that could be us. We have so much love to give to a baby.
Chuck would be a great daddy. There doesn’t seem to be anything he can’t do or fix. Chuck would love to teach a child how to fish, sail, play ball, work on cars, and swim. These are things Ellie’s granddad did with his kids and grandkids. Ellie would make a really good mom, and she would love to hand down her grandmom’s recipes to another generation. Ellie’s mom can’t wait to teach the baby how to sew, crochet, and quilt. Her mom has tried to teach Ellie these skills, but the only thing she’s taken up is quilting.
We can’t wait to travel the world as a family, play at the beach, and teach your child to cook. Together we will raise a much loved, happy, healthy, well-rounded individual.
Stanley (Chuck) is a high tower crane mechanic. Chuck takes some amazing pictures when he is working hundreds of feet in the air. Ellice (Ellie) works from home processing Medicare enrollment applications. We were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend. We complement each other in different ways. For example, Ellie likes water from a distance. Chuck, on the other hand, loves to be on the water, whether it’s fishing or sailing. We both love to travel. All Ellie has to say is “Let’s go,” and Chuck says, “When can we leave?” We like to cook together as well, especially the big holiday dinners and cookouts. We also work well together when doing projects around the house. Ellie’s good at the deconstruction, and Chuck is good at the construction.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a beach town community in Virginia in a three-bedroom, two-and-half-bath house. Not only do we have a beach to take the baby to but we also have a neighborhood community pool. There is also minigolf, bumper boats, many parks, playgrounds, and fishing. There is a yearly carnival we get excited about as well. Chuck is a big kid at heart when it comes to the carnival. We also have a dog, our baby girl Annabelle. Annabelle is a Yorkie, and she is 13 years old. She runs the house.
Our Extended Family
On Christmas Eve, we go to Chuck’s sister’s house. We play games for prizes, and we load our little niece up with presents, cookies, and candy. A few days later, we go to Chuck’s other sister’s house for the family Christmas. This is a much louder and larger group. After a huge dinner, we play a white elephant game for a random present we most likely do not want. Also, a few weeks before Christmas, Chuck’s sister will do a cooking baking day. We play Christmas music and make cookies all day. These traditions started when Chuck’s mom was still alive and have carried on since her passing.
On Christmas Day, we make a quick breakfast and open our gifts from each other. Then we begin cooking our Christmas dinner. We will usually make turkey, ham, and all the fixings. Ellie makes our homemade pies on Christmas Eve. The recipes she uses for the pie are her grandmom’s recipes she handed down. Ellie’s parents, extended family, and friends we have adopted as family all come over for a huge feast. After everyone has finished eating, we sit around and tell stories.
What Led Us To Adoption
In our immediate family, there are several adoptive children. We love them to pieces! Adoption allows us to grow our family in a way we are unable to do on our own. We have tried for many years to have a biological child, including fertility treatments, but it was not to be. In our hearts, we feel this is God’s plan for us, and we are SUPER excited.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
