dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We truly appreciate you taking the time to learn a bit about us and for your consideration of allowing us the blessing of loving and raising your child. We know this isn’t an easy decision for you to make and could never express our gratitude for you allowing us to become parents if you choose us. There are no words to express what a gift this will be for our family.

We and our entire family will provide unconditional love and support to your child. We look forward to passing on holiday traditions like looking at decorations, baking cookies, and spending time with family. We will raise them to be independent, loving, accepting of everyone, and confident. We will support them through the good and bad and will always be there to listen and offer advice or words of encouragement.

We are open to any relationship you would like to have with us and your child. We want to share with our child where they came from, and we want to teach them about their background and culture. Thank you again for considering us while making this tough decision.

About Us

Donna is a financial accountant, and Brian is a fulfillment team member for a major retailer. We complement each other a great deal even though we are total opposites. We enjoy each other’s company and can’t imagine being without each other. The last eleven years have been the best ever. We are both very into sports. Brian is an avid hockey fan, and Donna enjoys baseball, football, hockey, and lacrosse. We are both on a bowling team and bowl every week. It’s actually how we met! We enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as at home with our three dogs. We also love spending time at Brian’s family’s cabin in the mountains and exploring nature. We enjoy visiting various zoos, aquariums and animal parks and can’t wait to share that with our child.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a three-bedroom, three-story house in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. We moved here four years ago to be in a better school district for our potential children. We have a large yard to play in, and we love to sit out on our back deck in the morning or to eat dinner after cooking it on the grill. All the neighbors are very friendly and wave as they walk or drive by. There are numerous parks around to go bike riding, walking, and exploring, and we can’t wait to share all this with a child of our own. We have three dogs. Two we rescued Cooper and Shadow, both eight years old and Bentley who is 4 months old.

Our Extended Family

Most of our family live within 20 minutes of each other. Donna’s parents live 15 minutes from us, and we see them quite often. Brian’s mom and stepfather and Brian’s father live only 20 minutes away. We see them often as well as for holidays and family celebrations. Brian’s cousins live nearby as well. We get together a few times a year for family birthdays and celebrations. Donna has one brother who lives on the other side of the country whom we see in person once a year, but we keep in contact via text and FaceTime. Donna’s aunt and cousins live about two hours away, and we get together a few times a year.

All five parents are excited about becoming first-time grandparents. They are looking forward to welcoming a new member into the family.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have been together for eleven and a half years and married for almost five. We have been trying to conceive a child for many years. After having no luck, we saw a fertility specialist. We learned we are unable to get pregnant on our own. We knew we wanted a child very much and knew immediately adoption was for us. We have so much love to give a child and such a large, loving support system to help us through the process.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
