First and foremost we want to thank you for the incredible strength and love you have shown. This cannot be an easy choice. As we are writing this to you, we are overcome with so many emotions. We are in true awe of your strength and courage to do what you feel is best for your baby. We want you to know that words cannot truly express how grateful we are for your gift of life.
You will always hold a very special place in our hearts and family. If you select us, please know we will work hard and do our best to provide the very best for all of our children, but the most important thing we can offer is love. We will love your child with all of our hearts. They will grow up happy and loved knowing the sacrifice you were willing to make for their happiness and well-being. Though we have never met, we love you already and always will. Thank you for this incredible miracle and the gift of family.
The two of us met through a mutual friend 15 years ago and we instantly fell for each other. We knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together and were married three years later.
We have always been active. We have played on indoor soccer teams together. We like to go to our cabin in the mountains, as well as hike, fish, travel, and spend lots of time outside in our beautiful state. We both earned our bachelor’s degrees. Brett is currently pursuing a master's degree to further his education.
As for our careers, Deborah has been in the medical profession for over ten years and currently serves our community as a firefighter and paramedic. Brett has chosen to follow a business career and currently operates as a general manager for an optical practice. We consider ourselves to be very loving people who enjoy spending time with our family and friends.
Our Home & Pets
Currently, we have two dogs and one cat. We live in a nice home in Colorado. Our neighborhood has many parks, as well as many festivals and celebrations for the whole family to enjoy. We have wonderful schools in our neighborhood that create and foster a strong sense of community between educators and parents. Our little neighborhood is truly special in that we all know each other and love spending time with each other. It feels like a small town inside a big city. We have a wonderful mix of young families with kids of all ages and older residents who have been in our community for many years. We love to host gatherings with family, friends, and neighbors. We love to come together, stay connected, laugh, and make some wonderful memories together.
Our Extended Family
We try to stay connected to all of our family. Deborah has a large family with four siblings, two nieces, and two nephews. Deborah also has several aunts, uncles, and cousins who live in Colorado as well as all over the country. Brett has one brother and two nephews on his side. He also has several aunts, uncles, and cousins in Colorado. We love to get together throughout the year, laugh, and make fun memories together. We have a wonderful family Christmas gathering every year where we share gifts, laughter, and memories. Our family has been touched by adoption because Deborah’s two brothers are both adopted and our family would never be complete without them.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have had a long journey that has led us to adoption. We have always loved kids and have longed to have a family with multiple children. We have undergone multiple rounds of IVF to try to fulfill our dreams and have been blessed with our daughter. As we tried to grow our family and give our daughter a sibling, we had complications that caused us to lose twins halfway through the pregnancy. Further complications forced Deborah to undergo a complete hysterectomy. While we can no longer have children in that way, our journey is not over. We have always known we wanted to adopt children regardless of how many other children we had. We feel so blessed to be able to continue our journey to making our dreams of growing our family a reality.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
