dear expectant mother

It is a blessing that you would consider us to raise your child. We want you to know we see what a huge act of love it is for you to be making an adoption plan for your baby. We know that this is a difficult time, and we would be honored if you would consider us. We hope to keep in contact with you, if you want, as your child grows.

Your child will be encouraged to explore their full potential and to love God. We will explore cooking, sports, scouting, drawing, and more. As he or she grows, we will offer all the opportunities we can, including college, if that is a good fit for whatever they choose to do in the future. Most importantly, we will encourage a life for your baby built on knowing that we love them bunches, and God loves them even more. We will offer your baby a devoted home with play, learning, and growth surrounded by love, fun, and faith in God. This includes meals together at the table almost every night, sharing our day. We also offer the chance to pray together before goodnight hugs and kisses every night.

We will offer love in every form we can come up with, including time together, a listening ear, snuggles, kisses, hugs, and lots of love.

About Us

Debbie is a teacher and Jason is a farmer who raises cows, corn, and soybeans. We live happily together on the family farm after spending years waiting for the right souls to spend our lives with. We have now been married for over 13 years, and our love only grows, as we find so much joy in learning about each others’ interests and those deep, personal things you don’t share with just anyone, like fears and crazy dreams. Our experiences together, both good and tough, have drawn us together even closer to each other and to God as we journey through life, and we look forward to adding your baby to the crazy wonderful mix of our love-filled life together.

Our Home & Pets

We love living on the farm that Jason’s grandparents established, in their house which we have remodeled to make a five-bedroom home with lots of nooks for hide-and-go-seek, complete with a screened-in porch to enjoy on tranquil summer evenings. We also have great fun outside our house, with room for a big, goofy dog and two cats to play, a barn full of cows, lots of yard with a swing set, trees to climb, room for a baseball or kickball game, and a hay shed to play in. We live outside of town, but we are very much part of a community. There are always parades and festivals with bouncy houses for the kids, and neighborhood cookouts with families laughing and playing together.

Our Extended Family

We have lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents who are family by blood or by choice. We love to spend time with family for holidays, birthdays, and spontaneous gatherings, often packing 25 or more people in our home for these celebrations. We can’t wait to share worshipping by candlelight on Christmas Eve, when we attend church as a family; Christmas morning opening presents under the tree while the fireplace glows; and then the many faces gathered around the table for a wonderful meal.

The whole family aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents can’t wait for us to adopt! They are nearly as excited as we are to welcome a baby, a chance to spoil him or her with all the love their hearts can give. Since telling our family we are adopting, we have had lots of offers to babysit...but they’ll have to wait their turn, because we need lots of time to cuddle your baby first!

What Led Us To Adoption

We want to adopt because family is a beautiful miracle. Debbie, herself, was placed for adoption by loving birthparents into an amazing adoptive family, complete with a big brother just waiting for her. We have two wonderful boys, but we don’t feel our family is done growing yet. We also have cousins and friends who have adopted, some internationally and some domestically. All of these adoptions look different, but all have made wonderful, different versions of family, and we hope to add a child to love to our family in this special way as well.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
