dear expectant mother
We can’t imagine the roller coaster of emotions you must be going through in your journey of considering adoption, but what we can try to do is paint a picture of your child’s future should you choose us for this blessing. As we write this letter to you, we can’t seem to hold our tears back knowing a future expectant mother will possibly make a choice to change our lives forever.
If you choose us, your child will grow up knowing of their biological mother as a strong and brave woman. We will make sure to tell them the reason they are so strong is because they inherited that from their biological mother. Your child will be given the opportunity to try new things in life as they present themselves, whether that is trying new sports or new foods or even learning a new language! We both speak Spanish, and we will make sure your child also learns how to speak Spanish so they can be bilingual too.
Know we are praying every day that God may help and assist you and all expectant mothers to make the very best decision for themselves and their precious children. If that means you picking us as the adoptive parents of your child, then know we will forever be grateful.
About Us
Stability and growth in our lives and careers have always been a priority for us. David is in a leadership position, going on seven years with his current employer. His beautiful wife, Mayra, is going on six years with her employer. We love to go on long walks at the park with our dog, RolyPoly. We like to try new things, and we recently found out we both really enjoy kayaking. During the winter months, we like to go ice skating and sledding. Oh, and let’s not forget our hot chocolate date nights on the chilly Saturday evenings! We always find a way to have a good time, but there’s always someone missing during our adventures. We have been hopeful parents ever since we got married almost six years ago.
Our Home & Pets
Our home includes an outdoor and indoor pool, a playground, a pond, and a park perfect for picnics. Our neighborhood hosts many children’s activities, which we hope to attend very soon. We are also within walking distance from several parks with basketball and volleyball courts. Our dog, RolyPoly, loves to play with children, and we’re sure he is ready to enjoy sharing all the space he has in the living room with his new best friend. Our home library has a selection of board and card games and includes our personal favorite, Uno. Faith is a very important aspect of our life, so our home is surrounded with images that enlighten our faith in and love for God.
Our Extended Family
We are both the oldest in our families. Growing up, we were always trying to be role models to our younger siblings. David comes from a family of eight brothers and one sister, and Mayra comes from a family of three sisters and one brother. Our first few dates included taking Mayra’s brother and one of David’s brothers to Chuck E. Cheese and Six Flags.
We have two nieces and one nephew. Both sides of the family recently welcomed babies to the family in late 2020, and we hope to give each one of them a cousin soon! We are both very family oriented, and our newborn baby would only be five minutes away from Mayra’s parents’ home and about 15 minutes away from David’s parents’ home. Our newborn baby will get nothing but love from all the aunts and uncles. For Christmas, we always get together with both sides of the family on Christmas Eve and then Christmas Day, and let’s just say that both newborns were overwhelmed with all the gifts they received from all their aunts and uncles.
What Led Us To Adoption
The day we exchanged vows, we had high hopes and dreams that very soon we would be young parents. Our hopes and dreams have only gotten stronger these last few years! We now feel more prepared than ever before. Adoption became a topic of discussion almost immediately after our marriage. We’ve experienced fertility issues during our journey, which have only strengthened our adoption hopes. We would say, and still do, that if we ever had the opportunity to adopt, we would be extremely lucky and blessed to be picked by any loving expectant mother. The only missing piece to our puzzle is a child we can call our own. What better way to fill that piece of the puzzle than through adoption!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
