Dear Birthmom

Hi! We’re Stacia and Dave — thank you for reading our profile. This is an incredibly emotional experience and we can’t even imagine the rollercoaster you must be going through on a daily basis. You should be proud of your courage and what it’s taken for you to get this far. We want to help you through the rest of this journey and provide the loving future you want for your baby.

Adoption is very near and dear to our hearts. Dave was adopted as a baby and raised in the most caring and supportive family. We can’t wait to pay that forward and share all of our love, support, and happiness with you and your baby. We recognize the sacrifice you are considering. You must have so many thoughts and questions going through your mind. If you’d like, we would love the opportunity to get to know you and help you find answers to those questions together. We can promise you that if you choose us, your baby will be a part of a family that is bursting at the seams with unconditional love, charisma, and support.

About Us

We met seven years ago and quickly discovered we made each other smile and laugh and could talk for hours together. We can pretty much make any situation fun even if it's just taking a stroll down the street. Wherever we are and whatever we are doing, we just love being together.

Dave works in advertising and loves what he does. He lives for the rivalry between his Cardinals and Stacia’s Cubs. Stacia works for a cancer foundation, a cause very close to her heart. It allows her to follow her passion but is flexible enough that she can also be an active mom for our very energetic son, Max. He has been talking about being a big brother for years. He is so excited to finally have a baby brother or sister to share his dinosaurs with and play with on the playground.

Our Home & Pets

We just moved into a new home on a tree-lined street across from an amazing park with ball fields, tennis courts, an ice rink, and a boys and girls club. We chose this neighborhood because it’s in an incredible school district — education is very important to us. Our neighborhood is filled with young families, not to mention some of our closest friends. It’s a great community to raise children. We are lucky to live in an area where there are so many incredible things to do: spending a day at one of many museums, going to a concert, watching a sporting event, enjoying the street festivals, and, one of our favorites, spending time at the beach in the summer.

Our Extended Family

Stacia grew up in Illinois and has a big family. She has three other siblings, three nieces and nephews, and ten first cousins who also have young children. Get-togethers with her family are frequent and we often have them over for the afternoon, dinner, or a spontaneous barbeque. We have a few annual trips that have become a tradition with her extended family at the beach and for holidays. The kids are all excited to have another cousin to help build sand castles. Christmas is our favorite time of year where we all get together, stay in our pajamas all day, play games, and enjoy all of the delicious meals!

Dave’s older brother and his mom live a few hours away, but we see them several times a year. Dave and his brother were both adopted and couldn’t have been luckier with the family, community, and life they were given. Dave’s family is so excited about this adoption journey and offers their full understanding and support.

What Led Us To Adoption

We always wanted to have a full house: full of children, laughter, noise, playfulness, craziness, and energy. We were very fortunate to have our son, Max after we were married. We tried to have more children over the next several years, but that didn’t come as easily as we had hoped. It turns out that physically, it’s not in the cards for us. We still want to grow our family to share love, to encourage, to play, and to help them achieve anything they want in life.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
