dear expectant mother

Thank you for reading our profile. We can't imagine the struggle you are going through to make this decision. Your courage and generosity are very respectable. We will never take for granted your selfless decision to consider us to raise your precious child. It is a dream for us to become parents.

If you choose us as adoptive parents, we would love to be able to show your child all the wonderful joys and adventures our area of the country has to offer. We love to go to zoos and museums and we are lucky enough to live close enough to Chicago that we often take day trips to the city. However, we also live far enough out in the suburbs that we can spend days hiking and picnicking at the many forest preserves. Dave is a big fan of the Chicago Cubs, and we can’t wait to take a child to a game at Wrigley Field. This is a tradition his father started when Dave and his brothers were young. Peggy dreams of being able to sew Halloween costumes and baking birthday cakes for a child, just like her mom did for Peggy and her siblings.

We have a lot of love to offer your child. We and our extended family will give your child all the love and support we have to offer. We truly look forward to all the aspects of parenting and can’t wait to add a child to our family.

About Us

We are Dave and Peggy. We met online ten years ago. From our first date, we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. We got engaged and married shortly thereafter. From the beginning of our relationship, we both knew we wanted children. We love spending time together with our three dogs, going on family picnics, visiting zoos, and going to museums. We also love taking family vacations.

Dave works in Parts Purchasing. He enjoys playing baseball and he loves cooking on his time off. Peggy works at a fabric store and enjoys sewing, quilting, and baking when not at work.

It is difficult to get to know someone in a couple of paragraphs, so please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to know more.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a nice three-bedroom, two- bathroom home in the suburbs of Chicago. We live close to our extended family and we visit them often. Our home has a large fenced yard and patio that is a perfect place for children and our three dogs to play. We live in a good school district with lots of parks, playgrounds, bike paths, and forest preserves. We are close enough to Chicago that we can enjoy the zoos and museums, but far enough out in the suburbs that we live in a quiet town.

Our Extended Family

We come from extremely close families. Our parents live close by. Dave is the middle child. He has one older brother and one younger brother. Both brothers are married and have children. Peggy is the youngest of five children. Her three brothers and one sister are all married. Two of her brothers and her sister have children of their own. We have a total of six nephews, four nieces, and three great-nephews. We have a lot of aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many close friends with children.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have discussed adoption from the beginning of our relationship. We always knew it would be an option to add a child to our family. When we realized we had infertility issues, we began discussing adoption again. Family is very important to us and we look forward to adding a child to our family. We would love to share our traditions with a precious child. We would love to share with a child our love of the outdoors. We would love to teach him or her our hobbies. We come from a very close family. We consider ourselves lucky to have a nephew and sister-in-law who were adopted.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
