Jacob & Daniel
About Us
We’re Daniel and Jacob, a happily married couple of over three years. Daniel, a physician assistant, runs his own family medical practice. Jacob, formerly a civil engineer, now assists Daniel and manages rental properties. Balancing busy professional lives, we find joy in local and international travel, favoring Holden Beach in the summer and Asheville's mountains in the winter. Our faith is central, and we attend church weekly and engage in community outreach. Daniel, a culinary enthusiast, enjoys cooking like a five-star chef, while Jake, an adrenaline junkie, loves skiing and beach volleyball. As a dynamic duo, we are ready and excited to expand our family through adoption and offer a loving and vibrant home.
Our Home & Pets
Nestled in a serene rural subdivision between two cities, our cozy home overlooks a 30-acre farm, offering tranquility. We're blessed with excellent public and private school options nearby. Our three dogs—Henry (5), Charlotte (2), and Elizabeth (2)—are adored members of our family. With two standard-size goldendoodles and a miniature goldendoodle, they share their playful energy with our nieces and nephews. Our home provides easy access to kids' museums, a movie theater, and various entertainment options, creating a cozy and family-friendly environment.
Our Extended Family
Our extended family is abundant in love and connection. Jacob, with two brothers, seven cousins, a niece, three nephews, and five grandparents, brings a lively energy. Daniel, accompanied by a sister, five cousins, and a nephew, adds to the warmth.
Family gatherings, often exceeding 30 members, are a common joy. We cherish weekly Sunday lunches, fostering close ties. Both sets of parents live just a short, 20-minute drive away, ensuring regular and meaningful interactions. These connections form the foundation of our support system, and they are ready to welcome and embrace a new member into our loving fold.
What Led Us To Adoption
From our first date, we shared our deep desire for a family, having grown up with siblings and large extended families. As two men, the natural path to parenthood isn't available to us, but our hearts are set on adoption. We're committed to offering a safe, loving home and would be truly honored by the gift of parenthood through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
