dear expectant mother

We cannot imagine what you are going through right now, and we are thankful and humbled you are considering us to raise your baby. We understand this is one of the most difficult decisions you have ever faced, and we know your endless love for your baby is what has led you here. We want you to know if you decide to let us raise your baby, we will love him or her more than anything! Most importantly, your baby will never forget the most amazing, loving, and selfless gift you have ever given him or her.

We both will enjoy teaching your baby to love animals, nature, and so much more! Ada can’t wait to share her amazing cooking traditions, and Dan can’t wait to share his love of fixing things around the house. We both will also enjoy traveling to new places with your baby and helping him or her broaden their perspective of the world. Throughout all of this, we will be positive role models to your child and will help him or her become a strong, confident, yet humble adult one day.

Nothing would make us happier than to have a child to love, and we will do everything possible to make sure he or she has a warm and loving upbringing. We both had very loving childhoods and know the importance of showing a child they are cared for unconditionally.

About Us

Dan is a professor who studies the brain, and Ada is a researcher who studies breathing. We met over ten years ago and now both work at a major university in Florida. Education has been very influential in our lives, and we value learning greatly. At the same time, we love being active and enjoying nature. We love to go biking on the weekends and kayaking in the Gulf of Mexico or in one of the freshwater springs near our house. Ada says Dan is very caring and the most generous person she has ever met. After ten years of marriage, Dan still brings her coffee in bed every morning! Dan says Ada is even more caring, and he is always amazed with how much she loves animals and children. We can’t wait to share our love with a new family member.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a four-bedroom, sun-filled home in Florida with our two dogs and two cats. The house is in a gated community in the heart of nature yet only 10 minutes to town, where we both work. We spend most of our time in the large screened-in lanai hanging out by the pool. Our two dogs, Storm and Misty, love chasing squirrels and deer on our six-acre lot filled with oak trees, although their real favorite treat is when our young nephews come over to play in the yard! We have chickens that are amazingly lovable animals and also lay tasty eggs for nice weekend breakfasts. Being from Hungary, Ada speaks Hungarian as well as perfect English, so a fun fact is that our furry pet children are bilingual!

Our Extended Family

We come from very different families, and over the years, we have adopted the best traditions from both. Ada’s family is Hungarian. She was born and raised in Hungary and moved to the U.S. and became a citizen over 10 years ago. Most of her family live in Budapest. Distance is not an issue, and we visit each other several times a year. Ada’s aunt, uncle, and teenage cousin live in New York. Since it’s just a short flight, we see each other a lot.

Dan’s family is much bigger. His parents, aunts and uncles, and over a dozen cousins, many with their own children, all live in Texas and Oklahoma. Luckily we only have to drive two hours to spend time with Dan’s brother and sister-in-law and our two little nephews. Our nephews will surely enjoy building sandcastles on the beach and exploring Disney World with their new cousin!

The whole family is excited about a new addition and can’t wait to make new memories with our child. We have been hosting Christmas since 2011 and are looking forward to decorating the Christmas tree, baking gingerbread cookies, and watching The Santa Clause with an even bigger family soon.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have witnessed adoption success in both our extended family as well as with our friends and coworkers. We can’t have biological children, but we are so excited to expand our family and form bonds and new traditions! It will be such a blessing and a truly exciting gift to raise and love a child as we grow our family through adoption. We would be forever grateful for the opportunity to have a child we could share our enjoyment for life with.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
