dear expectant mother

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking this journey with us. We know that you are considering giving us a miraculous gift, and we promise we will cherish your child like the precious gift they are!

We greatly respect this has been a difficult road to get to this point (we have shed our own tears as well). We want you to know we will raise your child to know their birth mother loved them enough to give them the best road possible. We cannot wait to bring your child into our home and wrap him or her with all of our love. We will be there for every scraped knee and bruised ego. We will celebrate their wins and comfort them in their challenges. We will support them in being their own person and allow them to follow their dreams. Please know you will always have a special place in our hearts for this gift of life!

About Us

Although we briefly met as young children, we reconnected in our early twenties and soon were married. We are supportive of each other and work together in our business and home investments. We manage properties both for others and ourselves, buying distressed properties, renovating them, and then renting them out. Curtis is great with home repairs, while Tamara leads in design and details. We are a fun-loving couple who loves to laugh. We also love to travel and explore the road in our spare time. Family-oriented and with Christian values, we help support our community. We love games, exploring historical sites, and seeing new things. We spend many holidays with family grilling in the backyard or out to eat on the town. Together, we make a great team and are looking to complete our family unit with a child.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a quiet, historical neighborhood not far from downtown, in a two-story house with space to grow our family. Our four-bedroom home offers space to add a child and not feel cramped. We have a good-sized, fenced backyard, and our cat, Peggy, and yorkie dog, Mandy, are loving and loyal animals. They love being around family, which includes our niece, and behave well with children. Our city has many parks and a wonderful zoo, all of which will be great places to explore with a child so they can learn about their world. We love spending time together playing games, being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Our Extended Family

We have a supportive family with Tamara’s sister and mother living in this area. Our nine-year-old niece is thrilled to know she will have baby cousins here in town, as all of her other cousins are out of the area. We have also “adopted” family (friends and neighbors) who are included in our celebrations, so family gatherings get to be 14 - 20 people large, including children! We make a point to get together for every birthday and celebrate, and we spend many holidays together, including a huge Christmas feast and party.

We often vacation with family and are a very close group. Curt’s family is mostly from out of the country, and we always make a point of seeing all of them when they come visiting. Our family is so excited for us to be adopting and bringing more children into the family.

What Led Us To Adoption

When we discovered we are unable to have biological children, we knew adoption was for us. We are incomplete without children in the home. We have seen multiple friends adopt, and it has been wonderful to see multiple children come together and be a complete family unit with love and loyalty towards each other and their adoptive parents. We believe that our child will be born in our hearts and even more special because of the long road it took to bring us together. We believe this is exactly what we should be doing as a couple and are excited to bring a child into our home.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
