dear expectant mother

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us a little better. Please know that we are praying for you during this time and that we admire you for your selfless, courageous consideration of us as a family for your child. Our two boys know about their first mother and that she is one of the most amazing, brave, and selfless people we know. Your baby will grow up knowing how much love you have for her and how difficult a decision this was for you.

Please know that we promise to love your child unconditionally. She will be surrounded by parents, siblings, family, and friends who will love and support her throughout her life. She would be encouraged to live out her dreams, supported as she tried new things, and appreciated for everything that she would bring to our family. We can’t wait to make new memories that involve a little girl and see our family traditions through her eyes with her two older brothers lovingly by her side. Our two sons are so gentle and sweet with babies and are beyond excited about the possibility of a baby of their own.

About Us

Our story began in 2002 when we met on vacation in Northern Wisconsin. We like to joke that Christy only wanted Marc’s WaveRunner and also ended up with him. In 2004 we married, and we’ve been sharing toys for the past 14 years. In January of 2014 we were so blessed to add our son, Zavier, to our family through adoption, and his half brother, Isaac, joined us in 2016. Marc co-founded a business 5 years ago, and this past fall, after 15 years of teaching, Christy decided to stay home; she loves every extra minute she gets to spend with our boys. As a family, we love the outdoors, adventure, and travel and try to do as much of this as we can.

Our Home & Pets

We recently moved, and we love our new home and family-friendly neighborhood. Our new home is located one mile from town, and in nice weather, we love walking or biking to go out to dinner or grab ice cream. There is a park less than half a mile down the street, and it’s always filled with friends to play with. We are also excited for Zavier to attend the amazing school located right down the street. When we’re hanging out at home, you can find you can find us in our backyard playing on one of our many outdoor toys. We have five bedrooms and 6.5 baths along with a playroom and basement that get a lot of use, especially in the colder months.

Our Extended Family

We are both extremely blessed to come from large, supportive, loving families, and we couldn’t imagine our lives without their fun craziness as part of it. We get together for all the major life events and also just to see each other. Dinners, trips to the zoo, park adventures, and vacations with family members are often on our schedule.

Marc has four brothers, and Christy is the oldest of five kids. Christy is extremely close to her huge extended family of 16 aunts, 15 uncles, and over 50 first cousins. Our boys love spending time with their nine cousins and can’t wait for holidays such as Easter and Christmas, when family parties are over 80 people! Christy’s mom owns a cabin in northern Wisconsin, and for weeks at a time during the summer, the entire family comes together to play, relax, and enjoy hanging out with each other.

What Led Us To Adoption

We received an email in July of 2013 that a birthmother wanted to connect with us, and we built a bond with her over the next seven months until the birth of her son. After adopting Zavier, we remained in contact. A few years later she told us she was pregnant again, and she wondered if we’d like to adopt her other son as well. We remain in contact to this day, and we consider her part of our family and a true blessing in our lives. We feel blessed to have our sons but still feel that a little girl would complete our family. There is so much love in our home, and we can’t wait to share it with another child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
