dear expectant mother

We would like to thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We are grateful for the opportunity to introduce ourselves, and we want you to know we have a tremendous amount of respect for you and feel you are so courageous for considering an adoption plan in the best interest of your baby. We support you and want you to feel confident in the choice you make for your baby, and we feel it is so important for your baby to know how selfless you truly are and the sacrifices that you’re making for them. We welcome the opportunity to get to know you better, if that should be your wish.

If we are chosen to be the proud parents of your baby, we will ensure your child is loved and provided with so much patience and encouragement. We will build experiences and memories they will cherish forever, and we will instill lifelong learning and lots of laughter, love, and understanding into our lives together. We will help him or her be confident and proud, resilient and ambitious.

Thank you again for considering us as parents. More than anything, we want the best for you, your child, and our future family.

About Us

Our love story began when we met in elementary school, and we’ve been married for six years now. Chris is a carpenter, and has been for almost twenty years, and he loves using his skill to assist many of our friends and family with home projects. Monique got her education in Child Development and has dedicated the last twelve years to working with young children; she recently started a job in the school district as a parent educator, which allows her to have the summers off to do the things she enjoys, like spending lots of time with Chris. We love to hike, kayak, spend time with family and friends, watch movies, take our dog for long walks, and experience new and exciting things. There is a lot of laughter, love, and fun in our home and in our lives that we are eager to share with a family.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a suburb in the midwest. Our townhouse has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and some of our favorite rooms are the dining area, where we share many laughs and meals together; the kitchen and living room; and a cozy TV room with a fireplace that would make a wonderful playroom. There is a big park right across the street, where all of the neighborhood children play, and we have a YMCA about five minutes down the road; plus, our nearby school is also highly desired within the suburb. We also have a lab who loves to go for walks and play with other dogs and children.

Our Extended Family

Both of our families are pretty close in proximity. Chris is the youngest of four children and has two brothers and one sister. Monique is the oldest of three children, with one brother and one sister.

Between us, we have a total of seven nieces and two nephews, with ages ranging from sixteen to two years old. They are all very close to us and have already told us how ecstatic they are to have a new cousin. Our entire family has been on board with us expanding our family for a long time, and our parents have already expressed how involved they want to be and how much love they have for him or her already.

Every year, our entire family gets together to make homemade pierogi and ravioli. The children also take part in the process. The best part of this tradition is enjoying the food together, once it’s all cooked and ready. Chris’s family also has a family lake house that we all go to many times throughout the year. The whole family spends time hiking, fishing, sitting by the bonfire, and simply enjoying the outdoors. In the evening, we play games and really take the time to enjoy each other’s company. We cannot wait to experience these traditions with your child, as they will become all the more special.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have been trying to have children for quite some time. After trying infertility treatments and those being unsuccessful, we’ve decided adopting is what we were meant to do. Monique has worked with many families throughout her career, many of whom have adopted, so she has seen first-hand the joys of adoption. Chris also has friends and co-workers who have adopted and have shared the incomparable love their children have brought them. We would be so grateful to finally have the honor of growing our family through this miracle.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
