Thank you so much for choosing to look at our profile. We just want to start by saying you are an incredibly strong and thoughtful woman as you are considering adoptive parents for your precious child. We greatly admire and respect you for making this difficult decision and are honored you are taking the time to check us out.
Our whole family is extremely excited and supportive as we begin the adoption process. If you choose us as adoptive parents, we look forward to giving your baby love, support, and every opportunity we can. We have experience with adoption as Meghan, her brother, and two cousins were adopted at birth. We’ve been dreaming of having a little one for a long time and our hope is to raise your child in a supportive, loving, and open environment in order for him or her to grow up and achieve his or her dreams.
While we can’t imagine what you are going through, we want you to know we are here with open hearts, minds, and ears to listen. We are excited to begin our adoption story. Thank you for considering us as adoptive parents. We are happy you took the time to read through our profile. No matter what your decision is, our thoughts and prayers will be with you during this journey.
We met when we were freshmen in college. We quickly became friends and a few months later we officially began dating. We have now been married for over five years. We enjoy cooking together, going to the movies, traveling, exploring local spots, playing with our dogs, and hanging out with our friends. We cannot wait to have a child to have new adventures. Meghan is a speech therapist who loves helping others, no matter the circumstance. She can’t wait to help a child say his or her first words. Chris is a financial analyst and he enjoys working. He’s been with the same company for four years. He enjoys playing sports and inventing silly games. He is excited to share them with a child.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a four bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home with a fenced-in backyard in Chicago. Our neighborhood has a wonderful mix of new families and old who love to be outside and play. It is located in one of the best school districts in the nation. A block away from our house is a wonderful park with a new jungle gym, swings, tennis courts, and a baseball diamond. We can’t wait to take our growing family there to play. We have two dogs: Joey (six-years-old) and Olivia (two-years-old), and they are both named after TV characters. They love being outside, visiting our parents’ houses to play, and playing with our friends’ children.
Our Extended Family
Chris is an only child. His parents, Karen and Steve, live about 35 minutes from our house. We see them often, as our dogs are truly their grandchildren at the moment. They are so excited for us to begin the adoption process and have already started pulling out Chris’s baby blankets, books, and toys for our new potential child to enjoy.
Meghan is the oldest of three siblings. She has two younger brothers, Mike and Kevin, a sister-in-law, Colleen, and her parents, Donna and Norm. Donna and Norm live about 15 minutes away. Both Meghan and Kevin were adopted at birth and had closed adoptions. But they always knew they were adopted. Meghan’s parents are very excited for us to begin this journey as they remember how special and exciting it was to bring her and her brother home. Meghan also got the opportunity to meet her birth Mom and half-sister about six years ago, for which she is grateful. She got the opportunity that many others who had a closed adoption do not receive.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have always wanted to have children. Since we were first dating, we talked about names for children. After a few years of marriage, we thought about starting a family, but unfortunately, a few years passed with no luck. We talked with a fertility doctor about the next steps but decided to pursue adoption instead to grow our family. Adoption has deeply touched our family, we knew it was meant for us.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
