dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know us and for considering us to be the proud parents of your precious baby! We cannot begin to understand the weight of this decision for you, but we admire your courage as you create an adoption plan.
Life isn’t meant to be just a series of days and events. It is a celebration of the miracle that is life! If you choose us, we promise to celebrate the life of your child and the selfless love you have shown by placing him or her into our care. We are eager to include you in the celebrations as you are comfortable. Your child will always know how deeply you love and care for them, regardless of the amount of contact you desire to have.
We are so excited to watch our children embrace another little one and encourage them to learn “big kid” stuff. We promise to lead by example and to instill in your child the virtues of curiosity, integrity, courage, and compassion. If you choose us, we promise to keep you in our prayers as we express our gratitude for the miracle you would be giving to us. Finally, we promise to surround your baby with a community of loving people that will enrich his or her life with laughter, wisdom, and so many fond memories.
With our deepest gratitude,
Brian & Charlianne

About Us
We initially met at a Bible study, but the “sparks” flew when Brian served as an electrician for Charlianne’s first home renovation. We farm crops and run our own construction and property management businesses. This allows our family the opportunity to work hard and the flexibility to play harder together. On a normal day, you will find our family exploring the woods, building forts and obstacle courses out of things lying around the house, playing hockey or baseball, drawing our own comics, playing board games, or simply doing chores together. We enjoy teaching our kids to help with harvest and care for piglets and chickens each year. Brian is a quick-witted, innovative “manly” man that can fix anything and makes parenting look as natural as breathing. Charlianne loves teaching, so she is often making up silly songs or designing activities to make the learning stick.
Our Home & Pets
Our newly remodeled and expanded five-bedroom, four-bath home is nestled in the country, a short drive from small towns, bigger cities, lakes, and family in every direction. Ice skating and cheering on our local hockey team fill the winter days. Cute kittens, lazy lake days and picnics fill the summer days. We love to hop on the golf cart to visit cousins next door at the farm, see grandparents down the road, or explore the woods behind our home. Our massive backyard is an ideal place to host bonfires and volleyball games with our neighbors. Our dog, Jack, loves to keep the farm animals in line and watch over the kids while they play in the grain bin playhouse and giant sand pile.
Our Extended Family
We are blessed with a large, supportive family. They mean so much to us! We get together regularly for birthday parties, holidays, bonfires, pool parties, lake days, and “just because.”
Gatherings with Brian’s family (five sisters and one brother) involve lots of laughter, children playing, and party games…not to mention an impressive food spread and even bigger dessert table! Playing water balloon and “minute-to-win-it” games
are some favorite family traditions. Brian’s oldest sister lives in Tennessee, and we look forward to taking our kids to the mountains soon!
Charlianne’s oldest sister and parents live under a half-hour away, and her older brother lives just an hour away. They like to plan special activities with our children several times a month, such as face-paint parties, crafts at the library, or visiting the zoo. Charlianne’s older sister moved to Florida, so we have ventured off to the warmer climate for an ocean adventure and long to explore the beaches again soon! Every summer, we look forward to a “cousin week” that includes an epic campout at Grandpa’s woods and jet ski rides on the lake.
Our families love well and are excited for a new child to love!
Our Adoption Story
Brian’s oldest sister grew her family through adoption, and infertility helped us realize that the miracle of adoption was meant to be our adventure, too. A girl Charlianne mentored years ago asked us to parent our spunky girl, Zoe. A few years later, a neighbor asked us to parent her 21-month-old son, Malachi. Zoe and Malachi bonded instantly. We all prayed for another child, and our tender-hearted Blaze was the answer to our prayers. Two years later, a courageous birth mother chose us to parent her baby. Four days before going into labor, she texted us a shocking ultrasound picture of twins! Wyatt and Weston changed our world and continue to grow our hearts. Our family still has a strong desire (and room) to grow.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
