Dear Birthmom

There are no words that can exclaim how courageous, strong and selflessness we know you are. One can only imagine the strength it would take to be in your shoes, an angel, a birth mother, not only giving life to a baby, but also life to a family, that otherwise may not have a child without you.

Family is not just about blood, biology, or who you live with, it sometimes is a combination of several factors that create the most vibrant, wonderful children, and families. It is about heart and soul. The child you bear is the most wonderful gift you will give a family. Your child will be so lucky to have part of you in them, to persevere in life with the motivation of the gift of life you gave them, always carrying a part of you with them, knowing how courageous and selfless you were.

We deeply understand and empathize that you are looking for what's best for your child and are likely restless over deciding what that choice may be. Through love, example, ethic, adventure, and empathy we will give your miracle the best life we know how. We cannot promise to be perfect, but we can promise to devote every day of the rest of our lives trying to be, because we know every child deserves that. We will provide your child with a loving supportive family, fun activities, beautiful family vacations, endless opportunities and a great education with no limits. We promise to give your child all of the love and attention they deserve.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for what you are doing as a birthmother, and thank you for taking time to look at our family profile.

About Us

When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, fairytale, movie kind of love is exactly how it all began… two neighbors who fell in love, unexplainably nearly at first site. Chad and I shared an immediate love for dogs, cooking, entertaining, summer BBQs with friends, workouts together, and weekend outings with our friends and families….within months we had found our forever. Here we are 8 years later, 1 son, 2 dogs, and praying every day for another little miracle to join our family!

Chad works for a large utility company, installing underground utilities as a Foreman Heavy Equipment Operator. I am an Investment Real Estate Broker, I run a division of my company, where I have been for ten years, and work from home most of the time so I am able to take care of my family. We love to workout, travel, entertain friends and family, different dining experiences as a family, and above and beyond we live for the sunny days of summer and the fun it brings as well as the Christmas season and the joy it fills our hearts with!

Our Home & Pets

We live in a beautiful two story, single family home in a suburb of Chicago. Our house is on a corner lot with a large fenced in yard designed for entertaining and children. Our home is in a quiet community with tons of children of all ages, and we are within walking distance to two neighborhood parks. We chose this home because there is more then enough space for me to work from home here and for us to raise a family comfortably, but most important- grandma and grandpa live walking distance from us! We have two rescue dogs that are three years old, both have been with us about two years and are professionally trained, amazing with children, and think they are kids themselves.

Our Extended Family

Amanda comes from a larger, blended family and grew up in a suburb just outside the city of Chicago. There are 5 siblings total, three girls and two boys, a niece and nephew, plus our son. All except one of the siblings lives within driving distance, which makes for big, fun, family holidays and birthdays.

Chad grew up in a small town west of the city, riding four wheelers and snow mobiles- he comes from a smaller family. He has one younger brother, and one niece and his parents live just blocks from us, making it possible for them to be very involved. They love spending time with us weekly, and his mom does any “babysitting “needed. We really enjoy the benefits of being close to family.

Coming from different backgrounds, city girl and small town boy, creates a wonderful family, and great life balance for us, allowing frequent trips to the city for museum visits, dinner, or shopping, or small town apple and pumpkin picking minutes away. With the extended families, and Amanda’s being blended, our lives have a perfect balance of diversity.

What Led Us To Adoption

There were several roads leading us to our final destination of adoption. Growing up, I babysat for a family of three adopted girls and watching those girls grow up I always knew I wanted to adopt. As I got older other situations happened in life that presented other adoption situations around me, and my heart always felt it would be a direction for me to take in life one day. When Chad and I decided we wanted to have children I found out I was high risk, we ended up having a healthy baby boy, a few years later we decided we would love an addition to our family and in both of our hearts we felt adoption really was the only way.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
