dear expectant mother
We want to thank you for considering us to be a part of this incredible journey with you. We could not be more grateful for you considering blessing us with the ability to have and raise a family, which would otherwise not be a part of our life path. If you choose us, you will forever be a monumental part of our lives, and we will be sure your child knows the strength you have and the amazing sacrifice you made for us.
We have an amazing community and tribe of people waiting to meet him or her. If you choose us, we will give your child every opportunity possible to explore their gifts, strengths, and weaknesses in one of the best school districts in the country. We are excited to see this child grow, make friends, develop their character, explore the world, and be part of a team. We can’t wait for first steps, which lead to walks to the park then hikes and adventures across the globe. We can’t wait for movie nights in, school plays and sports game nights out, and everything in between.
We understand you have gone through so much just to get to this point. If no one has told you lately, you are incredible! We feel so overwhelmingly blessed by you learning about us. We can’t wait to love, support, and nurture your child’s dreams. We want them to understand they truly can do and be whatever they desire. And we are so lucky to be a part of it. Thank you!
Having recently settled into our new home, we are excited to continue to grow our family within our community. Cassie is a first grade teacher at our local elementary school and adores working with children. Colin is in sales for a growing brand and loves having a flexible schedule. We have been each other’s “person” since we met. We are so lucky to be spouses AND best friends! We love to spend time with family and friends and to travel to experience different places, people, and cultures. We love doing all sorts of activities and exploring together. We spend as much time outdoors as possible. We are always excited for what’s next, and our next adventure is parenthood!
Our Home & Pets
We recently built a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home in an amazing community just across the street from Cassie’s school. We have a fabulous backyard with a huge covered patio. We instantly fell in love with our community because of all the outdoor activities. We have several pools, a soccer field, a basketball (sport court), and miles of hiking and running trails. Our miniature schnauzer, Stella May, loves walks, camping, and playing tug-of-war. Our pup loves going on walks around the neighborhood, where neighbors are always waving and chatting. The community puts on quarterly events for everyone and hosts monthly events for smaller groups or individual neighborhoods.
Our Extended Family
We are both originally from the Pacific Northwest. Our combined nine siblings have spread out all over the U.S. since graduating from college and starting new careers, so it has been really fun for us to go visit new states and cities. We are excited for everyone to come see our new home and family in Texas! The outpouring of support from family and friends has been more than we could have ever dreamed of. Even with physical distance separating us as well as social distancing this year, we have maintained game nights, holidays together, and birthday songs through FaceTime and Zoom.
We can’t wait to take our son or daughter home to celebrate holidays and experience our oftentimes silly traditions in person. Decorating our house this year for Christmas was very fun and exciting! Seeing our house light up was something we had really been looking forward to. Cassie’s birthday is also on a holiday, so we tend to over celebrate for her! Sundays are for chosen family and football. We love to watch Redzone, BBQ with our neighbors, and play cards or board games to kick off a new week.
What Led Us To Adoption
Since our official first date, we have talked about how we wanted to grow our family, share our love, and start our own traditions. Adoption has always been part of our plan, and with recent struggles with infertility, we decided to have adoption be our only plan. We know many happy families that have grown in wonderful ways through the gift of adoption. We are grateful to be able to have this opportunity and cannot wait to open up our loving home!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
