dear expectant mother
We are Carey and Rose and would like to thank you for giving us this opportunity to introduce ourselves and for taking the time to get to know us. We admire your courage, your loving sacrifice, and your strength to consider the adoption path in finding a loving and supportive family for your child. We understand you want the very best for your baby, and we know that your heart will guide you in choosing the right parents.
We hope that by reading our profile, you will get a glimpse into our hearts and understand the kind of life and love we will give your child. We adopted C.J. two years ago, and he has changed our lives forever. He is an amazing boy who is smart, fun-loving, and full of energy. We hope to welcome another child, and birth mother, into our family.
Your child will know it was your love that made us a family. As you face this most difficult decision, please know we will be praying for you no matter what you may decide. We will welcome your child into our family with open arms and provide a stable home and a firm foundation. Our commitment to you and your child is that the family we become comes first, and your child will never be lacking love.
We have been happily married for ten years and share the same values for having and raising a loving family. Before retiring, Carey worked at a home improvement center and before that he worked as a general contractor with NASA space center. Currently, he volunteers for the Christopher and Donna Reeves Foundation where he is a peer mentor. Carey enjoys mentoring, fishing, traveling, and going to the beach as much as possible, but most importantly he enjoys being a father to our two-year-old son. Rose has worked as a college advisor for many years at the higher-education level and also taught in the elementary schools' sector. She enjoys volunteering with several local organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club, and the Each One, Teach One mentoring program. We both cherish the meaning of love, respect, and honesty and attend church services on regular bases with family and friends.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a beautiful, family-friendly community in sunny Florida. Our home has spacious floor plans where children can play, as well as six large bedrooms, five bathrooms, a huge family playroom, and a theater room. Our home also has two back patios and a fenced-in backyard. We look forward to plenty of adventures out there! The schools are all less than a mile away and are rated A+n, which makes learning interesting and fun with so many different innovative teaching techniques. Also, our community contains children of all ages, which your child will be able to play with or interact within several fun-filled community actives. Your child will be encourage to love, laugh, and learn every day.
Our Extended Family
We both are blessed to have a large, supportive network of extended family, which spreads across many different states. Together, we love to visit our parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, and uncles, all year round, especially in the holidays and over vacations. Our traditions mainly take place at Thanksgiving and Christmas, when we visit our families, enjoy delicious meals prepared by family members, and watch all the children play with each other while the adults catch up on laughter and great memories.
Keep in mind, your child will be welcomed with open arms into a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces and great-nephews .Rose and her family are from the Caribbean and various northern states, while Carey’s family is from Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. The diversity in our upbringing is great, because it will allow for rich cultural experience and an opportunity for your child to learn from different perspectives. While the families are diverse, the family values are the same.
Everyone is waiting and all are ready to help with babysitting duties. We are a family with diverse backgrounds and can’t wait to pass on some of the tradition to your child.
Our Adoption Story
From early on in our relationship, we have both desired to have a large family to fill our hearts, and each other, with lots of love. We spent several years trying to conceive, but were unable to due to infertility; later, Casey became paralyzed after an unfortunate accident. We still had the dream of becoming parents, and we realized God has a different plan for us to have a family; so, we decided to go with the amazing route of adoption to grow our family, and found our beautiful son, who gives us so much joy. We look forward to continuing to grow our family through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
