dear expectant mother
Thank you for considering us as parents. We admire your strength and courage in considering this life-changing decision for you, your baby, and our family. We always felt adoption was the path for us, and now that path has brought us to you possibly giving us the greatest gift.
We cherish family above all else, and we have always dreamed of expanding our family again. A new child for us means a lifetime of happiness, new memories, and adventures. We are excited to pass along our favorite holidays and family traditions, and Oliver can show off his big sibling skills to a new member of the family. We plan to explore the world with trips to see faraway places, take nearby hikes, and enjoy grandparent spoils. We plan to sit on the soccer field no matter the weather or enjoy the sounds of a new trumpet player. Whatever their dreams, big or small, we plan to support them.
We might be quirky and goofy at times, but we have so much love to give and are excited to grow our family. Part of growing our family includes you. We are open to whatever relationship you foresee for you and your child. We plan on sharing the story of your selfless love from day one and welcome you to follow in watching your little bundle flourish. Not only can you expect the love from us and your child but you’ll be welcome to puppy cuddles, brotherly attention, and love from our extended family.
We met in mid-2015 through an online dating app. Cait remembers meeting Brock in front of his entire family and thinking, “He’s the one.” Brock remembers our first Christmas together, when we gazed at neighborhood lights and handed out candy canes while dressed as Buddy the elf and Jovie. We welcomed Oliver (Olli) to our family through adoption in 2019. Cait enjoys her work as a digital marketing and graphic design consultant. Brock is an airline pilot, and we enjoy making the most of the days he is home, especially during the summer. We love spending time outdoors hiking, paddleboarding, taking our two furry children on walks, and playing at the local park. Cait is driven, outgoing, and creative. Brock is empathetic, kind-hearted, and a romantic. We consider ourselves a little nerdy and goofballs. We like to spend nights snuggled on the couch with a movie or trying out a new restaurant recommendation.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a four-bedroom, two-story newly constructed home with a fenced-in backyard and views of the wooded hillside. We love looking out our backyard and windows to see the hillside, and Oliver loves the close proximity to a big park where he can run, climb, and slide. Our neighborhood is filled with growing families and kids playing outside. We are only a drive away from some of the amazing hikes along the river gorge, with stunning views. We can’t wait for Oliver to show his sibling how to enjoy all of the outdoor adventures we’ve enjoyed. We also have two dogs who love to give kisses, snuggle, and play tug-of-war or fetch. Macaroni is our ten-year-old Lab/whippet, and Pepper is our four-year-old Lab/basset.
Our Extended Family
We are a very close-knit family on both sides. Our families are encouraging, supportive, and one of the most valuable aspects of our lives. If we can’t visit in person, we have daily phone calls or FaceTime.
Since Cait’s family is spread across the country, we usually spend Thanksgiving together at her parents’. We enjoy doing an activity focusing on bonding; last year we played paintball. Then we come home to cook, decorate the tree, and hold gingerbread house-making competitions. When visiting Brock’s side, family near and far come together for fun and laughter. We recently welcomed another niece to the family! One thing we love about Brock’s family is that even extended family members participate in holidays and gatherings, making our family even larger.
Oliver’s birth family has also added to our extended family. We love that they can be such an amazing part of our lives. Just this year, we went to visit them, and Oliver was excited to share his toys. When we aren’t together in person, we FaceTime and share photos and videos all the time. We really enjoy learning about their passions and shared interest in classic cars.
Our Adoption Story
Having gone through adoption with our son, Oliver, we cannot express the joy our growing family has experienced through his birth family, whom we stay in close contact with, sharing photos and annual visits. We spent quite a few days together in the hospital before and after Oliver was born meeting everyone, getting to know about their family, and sharing stories and adventures we planned on having with Olli. Cait was even in the room when Olli was born and can recall the exact second she got to hold him. Oliver has brought so much light into our life with his growing personality and bright smile. We have the highest hopes of adding not only another pair of feet to our family but welcoming another family as an extension of ours.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
