Dear Expectant Mother,
We are so blessed and appreciative that you’re considering us to raise your baby. We have worked very hard, for a long time, to get to the point where we’re confident we can provide a wonderful home and life for a child. Thank you for taking the time, now, to look at our profile. We hope you’re able to get a picture of how much we are invested in being wonderful parents and giving your child all that we can in life.
We live in a diverse community, filled with wonderful neighbors and amazing things to do. We already see your baby in our lives and in our home, with our parents, growing up with our friends’ kids, and sharing all that gave us great memories growing up. Zack will do an amazing job helping him or her study for school, and Briana looks forward to making many wonderful healthy meals and snacks for the family, teaching your child about the arts and cooking. We love our family and our two kitties very much and will do anything for them. We have tons of love, energy, care, and dedication, and we’re just waiting for a new little one to join our family!

About Us
We’re Briana and Zack, and we met while attending a wedding in Kentucky in the summer of 2011. We both traveled “home” for this wedding, as Zack was living in Virginia at the time and Briana in Illinois. After long-distance dating, then living in the same city, we got engaged, and then married in the spring of 2013, in Kentucky, close to our family and friends and where we grew up. We have now been married for over five years. Zack works for an engineering firm, a ten-minute bike ride from home, and Briana owns her own fitness and wellness business just five blocks from our home in a beautiful, diverse city neighborhood.
Our Home & Pets
We own a three floor townhouse, where we live with our two cats, Prince and Sampson. Our home has an adorable backyard, nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood. There’s an elementary and middle school a block away and two beautiful parks within immediate walking distance, and many more are very close by. Our neighborhood has regular block parties, potlucks, and kids running around in the courtyard in the summer. We live near some of the neatest attractions for children: beaches, museums of all kinds, learning centers, and we can not wait to share these experiences with your child. We bought our home with the intentions of building and raising our family here. We cannot wait to experience all of the amazing things our community has to offer with a little one!
Our Extended Family
Our parents are over the moon to have an addition to the family and see their children raise children. We are very close with our families and have a lot of fun traditions to pass on.
Our neighborhood has an amazing Halloween tradition of parties, games, and trick-or-treating. Briana and her father have always gone to Christmas in the Park on Christmas Eve, and she cannot wait to share the joy and excitement of this tradition with a little one too! Zack’s brother has five children, so the holidays will, without a doubt, be exciting! Once a year, Zack’s family and family friends go to a family friend’s property and camp out for a weekend. This tradition has been alive since before Zack was born, and we can’t wait to see all of the generations of parents, grandparents, and children having a great time, singing songs, making s'mores, swimming in the creek, playing volleyball, and spending time with each other in a cell-phone-free family and friend-filled weekend!
What Led Us To Adoption
We’re eager to have children and know our lives are in a great place to build a loving, supportive, and safe home for our growing family. We have several family members that have had wonderful experiences adopting, and our family is filled with adopted cousins, so your little one will be in great company! We always thought adoption was a beautiful gift and choice, and after Briana’s fight with cancer, we also realized it was the best path to safely have a baby. We see adoption as an opportunity and blessing to be parents, when otherwise we are unable to.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
