Dear Birthmom
Thank you for looking at our profile. We hope that this snapshot into our lives has given you an idea of the life your child will have with us. Your child will be surrounded by so much love, laughter, support, and a lot of extended family! We look forward to helping them explore who they are as people and giving them many life experiences. We will support their interests and sign them up for the classes and sports that they are passionate about. Your baby will not only know the American culture but will also grow up with the Mexican culture and Spanish language. We want you to know and trust that your child will grow up knowing the amount of love you have for them and the courageous choice you made for them. Your sacrifice is so great and we cannot thank you enough for your bravery.
About Us
Our story began our senior year of high school. We dated for four years before Brian proposed in the snow in 2008. We married a little less than two years later and have now been married for over six years. Karla is a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (English/ Spanish) for a school district. She completes bilingual speech-language screenings and evaluations for the school district she works for, she provides bilingual therapy in an elementary building. Brian is a programmer for a printing company and is currently working on getting his associate’s degree. We love to spend time with family and friends, run races, watch shows together in our family room, go to the movies, go on trips, and try new restaurants.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a single-family home in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. Our home has four bedrooms, a basement, a loft that is ready to be filled with toys, and a large fenced in backyard. There are always children in the neighborhood playing outside. We rescued our two dogs, Wrigley (6 years old) and Benny (just under 1 year old). They are so friendly, loving, playful, and bring us so much joy.
Our Extended Family
Karla comes from a large family. She has two brothers and two sisters. Three of those siblings live in Mexico with her father. Her other sibling lives nearby and they visit often. Brian has one sister that lives an hour and a half away. She and her husband are currently in the process of adopting as well. We are excited to both be going through this process together. We have many cousins, aunts, and uncles. We see them frequently and usually have a birthday party to go to. Family is very important to us and we cannot wait to bring another member into our wonderful, loving family.
What Led Us To Adoption
We always knew that we wanted to be parents. We tried for years to have children naturally and through IVF treatments. We successfully got pregnant one time and were devastated by a miscarriage. We now know that God’s plan for us all along was to adopt our child.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
