dear expectant mother
You are a treasure. You are brave and strong. You are selfless and loving. You are exactly the kind of person we want your child to be. You love big and that is why you are considering adoption. We value how hard this decision must be for you, how heart-wrenching yet beautiful your journey must be. We will never assume to know how it feels to be in your position; all we can do is love you, respect you, and walk with you down this road, together as partners and friends.
We promise to be an open book to you and allow you to see the real people behind these words. Your voice will be heard. Your dreams will be blended with ours. It matters what you want for your baby, and we pray you find a family that makes this difficult process a little sweeter, a little more joyful, and much more peaceful. Know that you are loved deeply for giving this amazing gift to somebody. Without women like you, we, along with countless other families, would never be able to fulfill our dreams of growing our family. You are hope to not only your baby, but to other mommies and daddies in waiting. Thank you for choosing such a precious gift, and please know that we too love big. Like you.
About Us
Tracey has worked in Finance for 20 years, with her latest position being an assistant branch manager at a local bank. Brett is a plant manager for an agricultural company and has been in that field since graduating college in 2001. Tracey would describe Brett as smart, dependable, hard-working, entertaining, and kind (and she thinks he’s pretty cute, too!). Brett thinks Tracey is funny, loving, and always puts her family’s needs before her own. She loves cooking new dishes and gets excited when it gets a thumbs up from family and friends. When we get a chance to have a date night, we love going to concerts, sporting events, and especially acting carefree at the summertime festival in our hometown every year. We value our time with our daughters, as well, so family time is priority. Life is too short, so there is always an adventure waiting for us!
Our Home & Pets
Our home is on an isolated cul-de-sac a few miles out of our town. It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors; the kind of place where we look forward to game and movie nights with family and friends! Brett brought a big, handsome, sweet black lab named Bubba to the family. They’re best buddies, and to their dismay, Tracey is madly in love with her sphynx cats, Hendrick and Harlow. Because they are “naked” cats, Brett thinks they look like frozen chickens, so they bring so much laughter, cuddles and allergy-free days to our family.
Our Extended Family
Tracey’s family is quite large! Between her three siblings, we have 14 nieces and nephews. Between Brett’s two siblings, we have five nieces and nephews, and a handful of cousins who have children we are close to! We are blessed to say that both sets of our parents are still together and healthy. Our family supports and dreams with us and there are lots of shared memories and love between both sides of the family.
Some things we love about our family are the traditions around holidays. We always get together for traditions like our annual Christmas train ride and hot chocolate, food fights over the Thanksgiving dinner table, and, of course, laugher is always a part of any gathering.
Since adopting our twins, we’ve been able to see firsthand how accepting and passionate both sides of our families are regarding adoption. It takes a village to raise a child, be it biological or adopted, and our village is strong, protective, and loving. Years of security, love, laughter, and fun are ahead of us!
Our Adoption Story
Tracey fostered twin girls from birth and adopted them as a single woman when they were 3.5 years old. She brought them home from the hospital, and it was love at first sight. We fell in love and got married when the twins were four years old, and knew we wanted to continue growing our family. Tracey had a hysterectomy, however, so adoption is where we turn to build our family, as it has already brought us great joy.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
