dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for considering adoption! I can only imagine that sifting through the lives of potential families is a very emotional task. I want you to know you are honored and are being prayed for as you make this decision. I truly appreciate the selflessness you are demonstrating by considering providing me the opportunity to become a mother and begin my small family.
Becoming a mother is something I’ve dreamed about my entire life. From as early as I can remember, I have been praying for and thinking about my future child. It may sound crazy to already love someone I’ve never even met, but I do! I simply can’t wait to attend school plays, baseball games, or dance recitals; whatever your child is interested in, I am ready to support. I also have an amazing family and group of friends who are here to love, encourage, and dote on your child as they grow and learn. Even if I am not picked to be the mother for your sweet baby, I am still thankful to you for your courageous consideration of an adoption plan.
I am a loyal, fun-loving 38-year-old with a wonderful family and a love for helping others. I have a great career as a communications and employee engagement manager. This job not only affords me the flexibility to occasionally work from home but also gives me the ability to travel the world! My child is going to have that same ability, and I am so looking forward to opening up the world to them. I also enjoy hanging out with family or friends at a local football game, playing cards, or relaxing and reading a good mystery. Over the years, I have also participated in several volunteer opportunities through local and international Habitat for Humanity builds and KaBoom playground builds. Taking time to serve in the community is so important, especially for children as they learn about giving back and being thankful for life’s blessings.
My Home & Pets
My house has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and is located about 30 minutes from the city. The town I live in has several beautiful parks, playgrounds, and local activities for children to enjoy. With the city being so close, we can also hop in the car to attend concerts, plays, or a game at a moment’s notice. Our area schools are top notch and are close enough for me to drive my child to school each day. I also have two dachshunds, Rolo and Lucy. They are both eager to snuggle, are frequent visitors of the local dog park, and have been known to participate in the Nashville Oktoberfest dachshund races!
My Extended Family
My mother, brother, and sister-in-law live about four hours away, but I frequently travel to visit them and other family members. My mom is over the moon about the possibility of her first grandchild and is already making plans for their first trip to Disney. We get together for all major holidays and birthdays or sometimes just because! I’m so grateful to have a family that truly enjoys being around each other, and I can’t wait to share that family bond and love with a child.
What Led Me To Adoption
I have dreamed of being a mom for as long as I can remember, but what fostered that desire the most was my parents. I was blessed with two parents who were supportive of their children’s ambitions and attended every soccer game, softball game, school play, and band concert I can remember having. They set a beautiful example of what a parent should be, including the sacrifices it takes and how to teach children to be independent, thoughtful, and compassionate. I am overjoyed to provide that same nurturing, loving environment to my future child as they learn about and navigate the world.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
