First off, we want to tell you thank you for taking the time to read our profile & we hope that you will consider us during this difficult time. We know this time can’t be easy for you, & can only imagine what you must be going through. Ben is adopted and has always wanted to adopt a child since he knows what it’s like to grow up as an adopted child.
We both want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to get to know us. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to make our dreams come true and give your child the best life we possibly can.
We met 7 years ago through a website you may remember called MySpace. Becky had just moved to the area to help her mom run a new store she opened. She was looking to meet people in the area when she came across Ben’s page. After we texted each other for a day, Ben knew he had to meet her. Becky went over to Ben's the next day to watch a movie. By the end of the night, Ben knew without a doubt she was the one and 1 year later he proposed. We’ve been married for over 6 years and life has been great for us.
Ben is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and is working at an IT Helpdesk to help further his degree choices. Becky currently works as a sales associate, while also going back to school to learn Medical Script so she can work in a doctor’s office or hospital. We share numerous interests, such as going to zoos, traveling, going to movies, watching sports, & spending time with family.
Our Home & Pets
We currently own a home that is located in a very nice area of town. It has 3 bedrooms/2 baths, garage, full basement, & has a large fenced-in backyard. It’s located only a few blocks from an elementary school & junior high school, where there is a large playground. Our neighborhood is very quiet & not on a busy street. Our neighbors are all ages, but are all very polite & we all try to look out for each other. We love animals & currently have 4 pets, 3 of which are rescues from local animal shelters. There are 2 dogs, Freckles (Beagle) & Jax (King Cavalier Spaniel), & 2 cats, Lancelot & Buttercup.
Our Extended Family
Family means everything to us and thankfully both Becky and Ben come from very big families. Becky has 5 siblings (4 sisters & a brother), 2 of which are married & have 3 kids. Her parents are divorced & her dad we only get to see a few times a year since he lives a few hours away, but her mom lives nearby and see her all the time. We always see her family for major holidays, but we are very close to her oldest sister and her youngest sister, who we see all the time. Ben grew up as an only child, but found out in his mid 20’s that he has 11 half-brothers & sisters. He is very close to 2 of his sisters and the most of his family lives here in town. We all get together for a family reunion weekend every year, but we all see each other many times throughout the year. His mother recently passed away, but his dad still lives nearby and is a very big part of our lives. Family is very important to us both, & thankfully our families are very close & would do anything to help anyone.
What Led Us To Adoption
To start things off, Ben is adopted. He knew from a very young age that he was, adopted it never made a difference because he knew he had a family that loved him. In the back of his mind he always wondered about who his real parents were and fortunately enough in his mid 20’s, one of his biological sisters was able to find him on MySpace. We reconnected and he was able to meet my biological family and we’ve been very close ever since. Becky and Ben have always talked about wanting to adopt, but we wanted to try to have one on our own first. We have been trying to have a baby on our own for years, but even with professional help & medicine we haven’t had any luck. Adopting a child will chance to make all our dreams come true and share our life with someone else.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
