dear expectant mother
To a Loving Mother:
I would first like to take the time to express how much strength and courage it takes for you to consider adoption for your baby. I know this is a confusing and difficult time for you while you try to figure out what is best for your precious baby. I hope you feel supported and loved along your journey. I admire you so much for choosing life and for considering adoption.
If you choose me, I promise to respect you and whatever level of openness you wish. I promise to cherish and love your child with all my heart and soul and to provide a safe, happy home and a life with every opportunity possible. I have been truly blessed by growing up with a great family, and I hope I will soon be blessed with a child to love and cherish as my own.
I have a lot of love to give. I have a wonderful family and supportive friends who can’t wait to meet your child and be an active part in our life. I promise not a day will go by that I will not thank God for bringing your child into my world and my life. I would be honored if you consider me. Thank you for giving me hope.
My name is Barbara, and I grew up in the southwest suburbs of Illinois with my family. To this day, we continue to be very close. In the summer months, we do our annual cherry and blueberry picking trips to Michigan. I love fishing with Dad, and I have a love for traveling to see a different city or national park around the U.S. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going for a bike ride, walking my nine-pound poodle, Hudson, and going for a jog. Weekends are always a time to spend with my many nieces and nephews. My parents have dinners or BBQs, which gives the entire family a chance to see each other. Since I am currently overseas, I try to venture out to see the city and sightsee.
My Home & Pets
Currently I am living overseas for work. My home is in a residential neighborhood and has three bedrooms and a pool, where I spend much of my time when not at work. There are many community events, such as farmers markets or local holiday events, local artisan shops, hiking trips, and, most importantly, different parks to visit close to my home. Although I am overseas for only a short time, I think it is an exciting adventure because it will expose a child to learning different cultures around the world. The American school is within minutes of my home, where both American and bilingual families attend. I enjoy walking and jogging with my dog, Hudson, a toy poodle. He is a furball who enjoys playing catch and is extremely loyal.
My Extended Family
My parents, brother, and sister are all very close. Both of my siblings are married and have kids. My sister has six kids, and my brother has two kids with one baby on the way. Both of my parents come from large families, so my family is filled with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Every summer my parents and I go on a fishing trip to Canada for a week. This is something we have been doing since I was in high school. We also enjoy decorating Easter eggs with the kids at Easter, and my brother dresses up as Santa Claus every Christmas Eve and brings gifts. These are just a few traditions of many.
My parents always supported my brother, sister, and I in many ways. All three of us participated in a swim club that went through high school. We participated in sports, went to Polish School, learned Polish dancing, and were able to travel to Poland and many other places to dance with our dance group. These days, I travel to support my nieces and nephews who Polish dance. We are blessed in our family to carry on so much of our Polish culture.
What Led Me To Adoption
I love to spend time with my nieces and nephews, they are my world. My family has always told me I would be a great mom, and I have always wanted a family of my own. I began considering adoption after speaking to a friend who recently adopted, and they showed me nothing but love and support when I let them know I wanted to adopt. Growing up, I also had a very close friend who was adopted, and that has always stuck close to my heart because her parents took such great care of her. I truly thought about this big decision, prayed, and talked about it with my family, and with their loving support, I feel this is something God meant for me to do.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
