dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us! This is a hard and confusing time, but we
appreciate your bravery while you’re trying to choose the best option for that precious baby you’re carrying. Thank you for looking into adoption. We understand it has to do with love. We hope you feel supported and loved wherever you are in your journey. We also want you to know you’re not alone.

Adoption has always been our plan since we started dating ten years ago. We want to assure you that we will guide, teach, help, support, and, most importantly, love your baby with all of our hearts, if you choose us. We understand you’ve been faced with many decisions thus far, but just know we will respect whatever level of openness and communication you are wanting. We say with complete honesty that YOU are very special to us already. We've always wanted to be parents through adoption since the beginning, and that special story hopefully begins with you.

All the best,
Adam & Ashlynn

About Us

Hi, we are Ashlynn and Adam. We love to serve others and have a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. Adam works as a program manager, and one of his many hobbies is woodworking. Ashlynn is a medical technician in the Air National Guard. We have many things in our house that Adam has built, even our crib for our future sweet baby. We are high school sweethearts and have had the privilege of growing up together. We have a strong bond that continues to grow every day. We understand the importance of showing love and of open communication. We have spent the last ten years together and married for seven. We have gone through many journeys together, and now we are ready to grow our little family.

Our Home & Pets

Our house has four bedrooms, a cute fenced-in backyard, a small garden, and a balcony. We have two sweet puppies. One mini Aussie, Macy, is six and loves everyone. Our small cuddly dog, Max, is 14, and he is our loyal pup for life! We love our community, and our neighbors are so sweet. Our neighbors just had a baby of their own, so our future baby already has a playdate set up! We live in South Carolina on the coast. We are 15 minutes from the beach and five minutes from a lake, and there are plenty of trails to bike and hike on. We plan to take our child outside as much as possible. We feel it's important to explore and get outside!

Our Extended Family

Adventures are very important to us in growing individually and together. We love to travel on small getaways to new places and to have new experiences. We have a tradition of at least once a year going somewhere special for a week’s time (usually for our anniversary).

Family is so special to us, especially our chosen family of friends. We have so much love and support with this new chapter in our lives. They can't wait to meet our new addition to our family.

We have made traditions over the years. We always watch The Grinch or a Christmas movie when we decorate the tree. It’s always a real tree too. The smell of pine in the house reminds Ashlynn of her childhood.

What Led Us To Adoption

Since we have been together, we have always wanted to adopt. We first discussed it when we started dating. We both felt passionate about it. We have grown up together and changed together, and we cannot wait to become parents together. Our future sweet baby will be loved so much by us, our friends, and our family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
