About Us
We are Aravind and Durga. We have been married 13 years. Whether it was a series of right choices or fate, we saw each other for the first time in the presence of both our families. At first, it was more like a casual meeting. But later, as we started getting to know each other better, we started liking one another. To be very honest, we fell in love with each other only after marriage. Aravind is the hardworking, ambitious type, and Durga is full of excitement and energy. We share the same interests and passions when it comes to pets, gardening, music, traveling, art, and much more. The good thing about our relationship and individual personalities is that we complement one another.
Our Home & Pets
Our home is located in a suburb outside of a major city. Our home has a beautiful front porch garden and a wooded backyard with a barbeque station. It is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath house. We spend the majority of the summer in the backyard, BBQing and bird watching. Our home is graced with our sweet pet, Max. You can expect unconditional love from him at any time. We live in a fun and kid-friendly neighborhood. We live in one of the country’s best school districts.
Our Extended Family
Durga’s mother lives in India along with her brothers. Durga’s two brothers are both married and have kids. They connect over the phone or video call daily. We visit and stay with them during our yearly trip to India.
Aravind’s mother lives in India along with his younger brother. Aravind’s younger brother is married and has two kids. They typically catch up over the phone regularly, and we get together on our yearly trip to India.
We have close family friends who live a short drive away as well as in our neighborhood. We get together every weekend, and we celebrate every American and Indian tradition. Both our family and friends are all very supportive of our adoption plans.
What Led Us To Adoption
We both love to be with babies and kids. Our desire to grow our family is always in our hearts. We started our journey to grow our family in 2009. After multiple failed IVFs and losing our babies at various stages of pregnancy, we decided adoption is our way to start our family. It was an easy decision for us. Our family members and friends were very supportive of us starting the adoption process. We are waiting for a miracle to happen with adoption.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
