dear expectant mother
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for reading our profile and considering us to be the parents of your child. We know this decision did not come easily for you. We acknowledge the sacrifice you are making and do not take it lightly.
We want to assure you, if you choose us, we will raise your child, who grew under your heart, as if he or she was born into ours. We have so much love for you and your child already. You are considering an adoption plan for your own reasons, but we believe it was fate. Your sacrifice will be appreciated every day, every minute, for the rest of our lives.
We will wrap your child in love and give this miracle every opportunity you would wish for them. We are hopeful and excited to finally be parents and cannot wait to have a child join us in our yearly trips to the zoo lights, trick-or-treating in our family themed costumes, and eating our favorite Thanksgiving dishes. We hope you decide on us of course, but rest assured you are making the right decision no matter what it is. You are a blessing. Never forget that.
We met online in 2015 and felt an immediate connection. We both knew rather quickly that we would be able to grow an amazingly strong foundation with more love than either of us thought possible in our lifetimes. We quickly became each other’s best friend. We share the same values and many of the same hobbies. We married in 2017 in front of a large group of family, friends, and coworkers. Anita is a respiratory therapist at a world-renowned hospital, and Whitney is a pet stylist. We both have found our passions and love our careers. We want to grow our family and pass on our knowledge and compassion to a little one. We spend our days off together doing household chores, home renovations, and adventures.
Our Home & Pets
We own a two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in colorful Colorado. It is on a quiet block with very minimal traffic, and there is a park within walking distance. We share our home with our two dogs, Cow and Pirate. They are senior dogs now and have slowed down in their old age, but they are very present in our daily lives. Our two cats, Jim and Jameson, live with us too, and they spend their days chasing each other and cuddling.
Our Extended Family
Anita is the oldest of four children. Her parents had a great marriage full of love, and they stayed together until her mother’s early death. Anita’s dad is retired and currently lives in Missouri with his girlfriend. Anita’s youngest brother lives in Texas. He’s a single guy who can’t get enough traveling. Anita’s oldest younger brother lives nearby, and we see each other frequently. Anita’s younger sister lives a little outside our city and has two children, two years old and less than a year.

Whitney was born in New York but moved with her family to Minnesota and then Wisconsin. She ended up in Colorado with her mom at the age of 19, after her parents’ divorce. Whitney is the baby of her family. Her oldest sibling lives an hour north. Her other older sibling lives with their mother a short drive south. Whitney’s father lives in Wisconsin with his wife.
The winter holidays are spent together with the extended family who live close by. The spring, summer, and fall months are usually spent traveling to all corners of the country visiting family who live farther away.
What Led Us To Adoption
After a few years of working with a fertility clinic, it didn’t look like having a child naturally would happen for us. As heartbreaking as it was, we both knew we wanted children and wouldn’t let infertility stop us. So we made the decision that opening our home and hearts to adoption was the best option for us. We know our lives will not be complete until we are parents, and we look forward to future possibilities.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
