Dear Birthmom

“It takes a village to raise a child.” I know this because I have helped raise nieces, nephews and godchildren and continue to do so. I know parenting is a supreme labor of unconditional love and no sacrifice is too great if a child benefits.

A nurturing home, education and faith in God is the foundation I will build on to share my family values and traditions, but above all I want your child to be happy and healthy. I will love your child with my whole heart and give them a great childhood full of special memories. I promise your baby love - with laughter, hugs and kisses - as love is what I believe makes a forever family.

I am truly very humbled and grateful you would consider giving me the opportunity to play such a significant role in your child’s life. I give you my commitment and solemn pledge to love and cherish him/her as long as God allows me to live and that your child will know you loved them above anything else to make so courageous a decision on their behalf.

I would be extremely blessed and fortunate to have the honor of raising and caring for your child. Thank you so much for considering me. My prayers and well wishes are with you, and I respect your choice regardless.

About Me

My name is Andrea, my friends call me “Dee.” Thank you for reading my profile. With the support of my family I earned good grades in school and, later, a college education. Professionally, I’ve been lucky to pursue a successful career creating and promoting brands for several companies and in different countries across the world. Through my work, I learned new skills and developed an outlet for my creativity. However, it was the opportunity to travel that really opened my eyes to new places, friends, cultures and languages. I’ve also had the good fortune to take numerous trips at home and abroad, partake in great life experiences and indulge my passion for nature, art and photography. I live in the Southeastern U.S. where nice weather lets me take advantage of many outdoor activities! My friends, many of whom I’ve known for 20-plus years, are like a second family to me, and all are loving, honest, loyal and kind individuals. My friends describe me as thoughtful, kind, caring, compassionate, generous, patient, humorous, determined, dependable, lively, and last but not least, fun! They might also say that you would find me in their corner through thick and thin, no matter what.

My Home & Pets

I live in an established, ethnically diverse neighborhood with abundant trees, a park, playgrounds and tennis courts. I own a comfortable, single-family ranch style house, with a large back yard and flower garden. My “in-town”, family-friendly community is close to well-reputed schools, shops, restaurants and my church. We organize holiday celebrations such as an Easter Egg Hunt and Trick or Treat on Halloween. My city also has a lot of great amenities – nationally-regarded universities, museums, amusement, water and state parks, theaters, sports venues, music, book, arts and film festivals, so there are many activities to choose from year round.

My Extended Family

I have two brothers and a sister, as well as three nephews and two nieces. Our hard working, God-loving and attentive Christian parents gave us strong moral values, a sense of humility, respect and obedience. Growing up we enjoyed music, movies, dancing, crafts, tennis, swimming, beach vacations, climbing trees, cycling, camping, cooking and playing endless games. My upbringing made me feel loved, safe, cared for and protected. My family and friends all gave me faith to help guide me, confidence to overcome obstacles, and the determination to pursue my dreams.
Although my family may not live in the same town as I do, my siblings and I make diligent and regular effort to spend time with each other, their kids and our parents, especially during the summer, for birthdays and the holidays.

What Led Me To Adoption

I’ve always wanted a family of my own, especially children. I am lucky to have several godchildren but yearn for a child to love, cherish and raise, as my own. I waited to be financially secure and am now able to provide a safe and stable home, good education and all the love and support a child needs to fulfil their God-given potential. I know adopting is the path God has chosen for me. My outstanding support system includes several friends and extended family members, some of whom are or have adopted. I will provide a solid foundation for your child’s success and expose them to diverse activities, as we all learn and grow in many different ways. I am grateful for life’s blessings and want to share my life – including fun, laughter, guidance and support -- with a loved one, your child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
