dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We want you to know we understand the strength it takes to consider an adoption plan, and we admire your courage. When we got married, we made a promise to accept children lovingly from God, and we have always been open to however God chooses to bring those children into our lives. We have so much love for each other, but we have always felt something was missing. If you choose us, you would be giving us such an amazing gift. You would be making our family whole.
If chosen, we will raise your baby with faith, honesty, encouragement, and unconditional love. We will nurture imagination, curiosity, and adventure. We will support your child’s dreams and help them to become the very best version of themselves.
We know better than most that life never turns out how you planned. But through it all, God knew we needed you and that we were meant to give your child everything. We pray each day that God will bring us together and give us the opportunity to enrich each other’s lives through your child’s journey. We are incredibly hopeful and overjoyed about welcoming a precious new baby into our family. We hope you will find peace in the knowledge that your child will be abundantly loved and living a wonderful life.
With grateful hearts,
Andrea and Toby

About Us
We are Andrea and Toby. We met during our first year of high school and developed a strong friendship that lasted through college and the Marine Corps. Beautiful friendship became deep love, and we are blessed to be best friends still, after twelve years of marriage. We enjoy anything we can do together, especially in the outdoors. We were both raised in Colorado and the mountains are in our hearts, but we also enjoy the ocean and vacationing at the beach. Toby loves to fish, and Andrea stays busy with art of all kinds. We enjoy camping and bonfires, movie nights, live theater, and family dinners. We recently moved to Oklahoma and are enjoying this new adventure. Toby currently works for the city where we live, serving our community. Andrea has taught preschool for the past ten years and, while she loves her students, is very excited to become a stay-at-home mom.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a four-bedroom, ranch-style house in a wonderful, family-filled neighborhood. In the evenings, the neighborhood is abuzz with kids riding up and down the street on scooters and bikes. Our favorite part about our house is the huge front and backyard. Our community has the feel of a small town but is full of great things for families to do together. Our favorite attractions in the area include an awesome children’s museum, an aquarium, and a fantastic zoo, not to mention several beautiful parks and family-friendly events that are sponsored by the town throughout the year. We love to frequent all of these places with our nieces and nephews and can’t wait to share them with your child.
Our Extended Family
Our family is our world, and we are very blessed to enjoy every birthday, holiday and special occasion celebrating together. We both come from large families and have lots of loving people around us. Andrea is the oldest of a close-knit family of four, with an extensive extended family. Toby is one of twelve siblings, whose families love to spend as much time together as they can. So many cousins and so much fun!
We love taking time out on mini vacations, just spending time together. Our favorite memories include camping and cabins in the mountains, time at the lake, and family barbeques. We fish, hike, swim, and make marshmallows over the campfire. Christmas is also very special to both of our families because of the chance it offers to spend time together in joy and giving.
We have several very close friends who are also a big part of our family, and we love all of their kids as if they were our own. Everyone in our life is so excited to welcome another child into the fun. Our friends’ children can’t wait to have another playmate, and our nieces and nephews have been praying for God to bring them a baby cousin.
What Led Us To Adoption
We knew we wanted a family from the very beginning of our relationship because we both love children and have so much joy to share. We have always been open to the possibility that our children would not come to us the traditional way, and after years of prayer and struggling with infertility, we know God will give us a family through adoption. What’s most important to both of us is that no matter how children enter our family, they will be loved unconditionally. We have recently learned Toby’s brother and his wife are pursuing adoption as well, and we are very excited that our children will have this special part of their story to share.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
