dear expectant mother

To a Brave and Loving Mother:

We have been praying for you and your precious baby. Please know that we admire your strength and bravery. Your selfless consideration demonstrates the unconditional love you have for your child. Our hopes and dreams are to carry on that love, if you choose us. More than anything, we want you to know we will love and nurture your child unconditionally.

If we are given the honor to parent your child, they will be our whole world. We will do everything we can to make sure he or she is afforded every possibility to pursue and conquer their dreams. We will encourage him or her to get the best education they can. We will foster his or her interests and open doors for him or her to pursue them. We will share our love of travel and interest in other cultures by exploring other countries on family vacations.

Lastly and most importantly, we will share with your child our love for the Lord and encourage him or her to pursue a relationship of their own. We attend a non-denominational church with an amazing children’s program where he or she will make lots of friends. Thank you for taking the time to read over our profile. Our prayer is that you would pick us and that we could start to build a relationship that would last a lifetime.

Amy and Sandor

About Us

We are Amy and Sandor. We met in 2005 when Amy went to work in Nicaragua as an intern for a children’s ministry called Kings Castle. It was love at first sight for us both. Amy works as the director of a before and after school care program and a summer camp. Sandor works for a children’s hospital in the engineering department. On most days, you will find Amy hanging out with her favorite horse, Chips, as she loves to ride horses. If she isn’t riding horses, then she is doing crafts or planning our next family vacation; we love traveling to Europe. You can find Sandor working out, catching a baseball game when in season, or working with Amy on planning the next family vacation.

Our Home & Pets

Four years ago we took the plunge and decided to buy our first home together. We are so blessed as it is only 15-20 minutes away from Amy’s family. Our home is a three-level townhouse in a community full of children of all ages. We picked this area because it has one of the best school districts in the country. Our community has lots of grassy areas to run and play in with other children. We have paths for walks or riding bikes. There are at least four fabulous parks nearby. We like to go explore them with our little dog, Ellie. At two of the parks, there are places to rent paddle boats and canoe

Our Extended Family

We love our family and are fortunate to live only 20 minutes away from Amy’s mom, brother, and sister-in-law. Amy’s dad lives in West Virginia, and her extended family live in Tennessee. We enjoy traveling to Tennessee when we can to visit them. Amy’s side of the family loves to get together to play cards and board games. For birthdays and holidays, we love to spend time together cooking and celebrating.

Sandor’s side of the family lives in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Sandor has six brothers and sisters and over twenty nieces and nephews. Before the pandemic, we would visit Sandor’s side of the family in Nicaragua at least once a year. We love going to visit and spending time at the beach as a family.

What Led Us To Adoption

Our story started 15 years ago when we got married. We knew from the very beginning that we wanted to be parents, and our plan was to start having children right away. We tried for many months to conceive, to no avail. We decided it was time to seek medical help and worked with Amy’s OBGYN. Soon after, Amy was diagnosed with PCOS, and not long after that, we decided to work with a fertility center. We worked with them for at least a year doing lots of testing, procedures, and IUIs with no luck. We decided we needed to take time to heal emotionally, and during this time, we both had this deep desire to pursue adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
