dear expectant mother
I am usually good with words, but I find myself struggling with this letter. How do you put into words what an incredible miracle adoption is? The decision you are considering can change so many lives. I can’t imagine the emotions that you must be feeling as you consider adoption and who might be the right adoptive parent for your precious child. Let me tell you how grateful I am that your path has led to me.
I have been wishing and praying for a child for a long time. I wish that I could say all the right things to make this decision easier but I know that’s impossible. I can, however, promise you that, if you choose me as your precious child’s adoptive parent, I will love and cherish him or her each and every minute of every day. I can assure you he or she will know how much you love him or her. If you choose me, your child will know what a courageous decision you made to give him or her an exceptional life.
I hope that my profile will give you a better idea of who I am. I have great love for my family, friends, and the beach! I have faith that you will make the right decision for you, and I pray that I can be a part of it. Please know that no matter your choice, I think what you’re doing is incredible.
I am an emergency medicine physician and take great pride in caring for my patients. I go to great lengths to always treat people with empathy and respect. I am tenacious, compassionate, and I have strong morals and faith.
In my free time I love to travel. Some of my favorite places are Italy and Disneyworld! I grew up spending the summers at the lake, and my happy place is anything that involves the water and the beach, especially jet skis. I have a wonderful group of friends that I love to have over for dinner, and we love to have bonfires in the summer. I always have a cup of coffee and try to take pictures whenever possible.
My Home & Pets
Three years ago I moved to a house in the suburbs in a city in Michigan. It made my commute to work a bit longer, but it meant I was closer to family. I live with my furbaby, Bailey, who is a four-year-old poodle. He loves to play ball in the backyard and cuddle with me on the couch.
My house is on a beautiful street, with lots of other children. In the evenings, Bailey and I like to take walks and talk with the neighbors. There are several parks and lakes nearby. I have a big backyard that is great for a child to grow in and play. It is a safe and quiet community with several highly ranked public and private schools.
My Extended Family
My mother is my best friend. She lives about a mile away and we visit almost daily. She takes care of Bailey while I’m at work and is always there to help. I have two cousins who each have two children. We always have a lot of fun when we get together for birthdays and holidays. I also have a large extended family in Tennessee. It is a beautiful place to visit and catch up with family. My friends are also a huge part of my extended family and a big support system. I am an only child and my friends have really become my siblings. Their children call me Aunt Alyssa and I couldn’t imagine life without them.
What Led Me To Adoption
It has always been my dream to become a mother. I’ve spent many years focusing on becoming a physician and I am ready to start my family. I feel that adoption is the best option for me to grow my family. Although I am single, I am ready for the great responsibility of becoming a parent. I don’t feel this would hinder my ability to be a great mother. I look forward to experiencing the joys of parenthood and can’t wait to give a child all my love and attention.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
