dear expectant mother
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our profile and considering us as potential parents for your child. We know this is not an easy decision for you, but we are here to support you throughout this process in any way we can. We are incredibly thankful and humbled by you as you embark on this courageous and selfless act of love.
We are beyond thrilled at the prospect of being parents and cannot wait to show a child all of our favorite places around the country, to go to zoos and aquariums, and to have weekly Sunday dinners with family. We cannot wait to include a child in our annual beach trips with our best friends and have matching pajamas as a family for Christmas Eve. We cannot wait to bake cookies, play at the park, and have playdates with our friends’ children.
In raising this child, we hope to instill values of compassion, hope, and love. We hope to teach this child a strong work ethic and about being kind and generous to everyone. We hope to teach this child about finding their passion in life and achieving their dreams. We hope this child will always know how wanted and loved they are and will never doubt their worth.

About Us
We met as teenagers at a church youth activity and were friends for many years. Luke took a two-year mission trip for our church, away from North Carolina. When he came back, we reconnected within two weeks and were instantly inseparable. We got married and bought our first house all within that first year. We have now been married for eight years and have established both of our careers: Allie is a tax accountant, and Luke owns his own business as a personal trainer. We love traveling, shopping, watching movies, and laughing together. No matter what life brings us, we always find laughter in the situation and tackle any problem together.
Our Home & Pets
We have a two-story brick home on a cul-de-sac that features four bedrooms and three bathrooms in beautiful North Carolina. Our home is close to several parks, restaurants, malls, and other fun things. We love to take our nieces and nephews to parks and discover fun activities. We take them to the zoo, putt-putt, the arcade, and the children’s museum. We have two cats: four-year-old Sophie and one-year-old Luna. Sophie has learned many tricks, including how to sit, high-five, and play fetch. Luna is very curious and is quite resourceful. We have to make sure to hide the treats, otherwise she chews right through the bag! Both cats are loving and want to be involved in everything we do.
Our Extended Family
We both come from large families. Allie has one sister and two brothers, while Luke has three sisters and one brother. On Allie’s side of the family, this baby will be the first grandchild, and they are over the moon! On Luke’s side of the family, this will be the fifth grandchild and the tie-breaker with two girls and two boys. Both sides of the family are overjoyed about the expansion of our family and are ready to welcome this child in with lots of love and attention.
Christmastime is a favorite in our families. We love to get together to laugh, celebrate, and eat yummy food! We love to decorate our home for Christmas inside and out. One of our traditions is to bake cookies and take a tin of goodies to neighbors and close friends. Allie cannot wait to pass on her cookie recipes and love of Christmas to another generation!
Luke’s oldest sister and her family live minutes away, and we are able to see our nieces and nephews several times a week. We love going to their sports games to cheer them on and having sleepovers. Being present in their lives is important to both of us.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption has always been in our plan to grow our family. We stated from early on in our relationship that we wanted to adopt because we felt like it was God’s plan for us. For several years, we tried to have a biological child; however, we were not able to do so. Allie’s aunt and uncle adopted five siblings, and we have learned from their experience what a blessing adoption is and how much more meaning it can give to your life. We cannot think of a more perfect way to grow our family than by welcoming a child into our lives through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
