dear expectant mother

We would like to express our admiration for your courageous and selfless decision to make an adoption plan for your baby. Regardless of your choice, we will have you and your family in our prayers and wish all the best for you.

We have been married for almost 14 years and are biological parents of an eight-year-old girl, Anna, who is glowing with the possibility of having a brother or sister. The best experience of our lives has been seeing our daughter’s growth and development, and we would feel blessed to go through this experience with another child. Our family is very close, and we love and respect each other. These attributes also give us peace of mind, as each of us knows we will get unconditional support when the challenging moments of life come.

We are excited to add a baby to our family, especially our daughter, who has a box in her room where she keeps all the drawings and letters she writes for her future brother or sister. Your baby will live in a happy, peaceful home. We thank you very much for considering us as a family for your baby, and we are excited about the opportunity to welcome a precious baby into our lives.

About Us

Our story began 21 years ago in Brazil when, as high school students, we volunteered at a nursing home. We were married in 2005, and in 2010 our daughter was born. Marcus is a software development manager. He’s responsible, hardworking, intelligent, and loving, and he loves playing video games in his spare time. Aline is a preschool teacher. She is cheerful and creative, painting in her spare time, and she loves to learn new things. We value our family time very much. We spend the weekends playing silly board games, watching movies, or enjoying the outdoors. We love to travel, to learn about new places, and to meet new people from different cultures.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a comfortable four-bedroom home located in a friendly neighborhood in the suburbs. Many children live in our community, and during the summer, they can safely have fun outside riding bicycles, playing hide and seek, and enjoying the warm days.

We have two dogs, Sofia and Bella, who are part of our family. Sofia is 13 and moved with us from Brazil to the United States. Being an older dog, she loves to sleep! Playful Bella was adopted four years ago. They are both loving and enjoy being with kids.

Our Extended Family

We often say that we have two families: our biological family and our new “adopted” American family! When we moved to the United States, our new friends who now make up this new net of support around us enlarged the group that we can call our family. We celebrate birthdays and holidays together, take vacations together whenever possible, and share the daily joys and challenges of life with each other.

Our biological families still reside in Brazil, but thanks to technology, we can regularly include them in our day-to-day routines. Of course, whenever we can, we either travel to Brazil for a visit or they visit our home in the USA, and this is always a joy!

Our Adoption Story

Even before we had our daughter, we talked about how much we wanted to adopt. After the birth of our daughter, all the attention was turned to the baby, so we paused our adoption plans for a while. Two years ago, even though she was unaware of our desire to adopt, our daughter asked us to adopt a brother or sister. We realized then that this was the ideal time to begin our adoption journey. Our daughter is so excited to have a sibling she’s been drawing and writing letters for her future brother or sister. Your baby is already so loved!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
