dear expectant mother

We are thankful you are getting to know us through our profile. We want to take a moment to thank you for the incredibly brave and loving choice you are considering for your child. Your courageousness and selflessness is such a beautiful blessing for families like us.

If you choose us as parents to your baby, we would be over the moon to be blessed with the incredible opportunity to provide your child with a loving home and family. We will honor you in raising your child in full awareness of your beautiful and loving sacrifice when telling him or her of how God connected us with you. Every day, we promise to care for your child through providing a close, supportive, and loving home and family.

We have enjoyed growing in our love for each other and our marriage. We are ready to pass this love on to our future children. Our little family is not yet complete. We have really enjoyed being the fun aunt and uncle and are ready to be parents. Our families have given us such beautiful childhoods, and we are looking forward to passing on our family traditions and adding new ones to our little family.

We are inspired by your consideration of adoption. Our hearts are with you through this process.

About Us

We met in college and have been together for eight years, married for the last four-and-a-half. Katherine has been an elementary school teacher for five years, and her interests include crafting, running, family game nights, and movies. She loves to support autism awareness, and she loves to support her students by raising awareness for autism when going on runs. Alex has been a software engineer for seven years. His interests include biking, running, games, technology, and cooking. We spend a lot of time with our families, and Alex especially enjoys spending time with his nephew. Together, we always look forward to relaxing together and trips to the beach.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a family-friendly neighborhood with a park. It is a rural subdivision not far from lots of shopping, water parks, putt-putt golf, movie theaters, and family farms. We have an open kitchen and great family room where we spend most of our time together. We have two empty bedrooms that are perfect for a nursery and a playroom, and we have a fenced-in spacious backyard where we exercise with our dogs, Oscar and Lulu. They love to snuggle with each other and bask in the sun in front of our screen door.

Our Extended Family

We both have very loving and supportive families. On Alex’s side, his parents, grandparents, and aunt and uncle all live nearby. Alex’s brother and his family, including our five-year-old nephew, live only a couple of hours away, and we love to get together as often as we can.

Katherine’s parents are in the process of retiring and relocating, along with her grandparents, to an area we vacation to every year. Her brother lives close and visits often. We all love getting together, reminiscing, laughing, cooking, playing games, watching movies, and just enjoying making memories. We like to see each other at least once a week regularly.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have always wanted to grow our family, and after struggling through four miscarriages, and one infant loss at 22 weeks, we have looked joyously to adoption to make our dreams of having a family come true. We have always thought of adoption as a method of becoming parents, and it’s simply come sooner than expected. We are excited to begin this process and to take this journey together!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
