dear expectant mother
A hero is often called upon to do something great and has a courage that few possess. We admire the courage you have to place your baby in another family’s home. We know that you play an important role in your child’s development. We support your decision and will continue to pray as a family for you every single day. Please know that your child will receive love, attention, faith and support from us and our loving family and friends.
We are so excited to adopt and welcome your child into our family and our home. Our life has been a great journey and we hope that it will be enriched with another child to love and care for. Thank you for considering us as you make your decision. Thank you for listening. Thank you for your sacrifice. Thank you for being our hero.
We first met each other when we were in our early twenties and we both lived and worked in the mountains. Now, we have been married for over 20 years and have one son. Nanette is a travel agent and works from home, Alan is a manager for a company that develops seed technology for farmers. We have both been in our professions for over fifteen years. We really enjoy traveling, seeing new places and learning about the world. We have been to many areas in the United States as well as Canada, Mexico, Europe, the Caribbean and South Africa. We like doing things outdoors whenever possible like gardening, bike riding, boating and fishing, and going to the pool. Our son keeps us busy as well, he enjoys school and works hard to get very good grades. He has been involved in karate for the past six years and really enjoys it. He loves playing with younger children and he can’t wait to be a big brother.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with great schools, shops and restaurants nearby. There is a large city park two blocks from our house with a play area and a walking/bike path around it. We are within walking distance to many more walking/bike paths and open spaces with wildlife. We have a large ranch style house with three bedrooms, a full basement, and amazing mountain views. Our neighbors are all very nice and currently in our cul-de-sac there are seven children between the ages of 8 months and 10 years. It’s a great area to live, work and play.
Our Extended Family
Our immediate family is average size, we each have a sister and a brother, and we have four nephews, one niece, and one parent still living. Our extended family, however is very large; lots of Auntie’s, Uncles, cousins and second cousins, close to two hundred family members. The majority of our extended family lives within an hour of us, but we have family members that live in many different states from the east coast to the west coast and Hawaii. Our local family members get together quite often for family gatherings, including holidays, birthdays, weddings, reunions, etc. We get along great with all our family members and enjoy spending time with them. We have many close friends that we consider family as well. Both our friends and family are excited to welcome a new baby and shower him or her with love and support.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have always wanted to have more children and expand our family, but it just didn’t work out for us to have more children biologically. Over the years we’ve never lost the desire to have more children and for our son to have siblings. After looking into adoption we felt it was the best option for our family. We feel that it is a great opportunity for us to give a child a stable, warm, and loving home to grow up in. We look forward to this new journey in our life and the great experiences it will bring. We have plenty of room in our hearts to love another child. All children are gifts; being able to add to our family will be the greatest gift imaginable.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
