dear expectant mother
We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read our adoption profile and potentially choosing us to provide a caring, adventurous, educational, and, most of all, loving home and life for your child. We both understand the expansive emotional toll such a large decision has on you as an expectant mother. Your selflessness regarding this difficult decision is understandably hard, and for that, we are forever grateful and indebted.
We hope that by reading our profile, you are able to get to know us and can make a connection with us. We promise that your child will always be loved and cared for. They will experience many different cultures and ways of life throughout our travels. Your child will always know where they came from and how they were the greatest gift we could ever receive.
We are so excited, ready, and patiently waiting for the opportunity to add a new member to our family and want to express our gratitude. We know you will make the best decision for your child and their future. We hope you can find it in your heart to choose us, and we are so excited to enter into this journey with you.

About Us
We are Adam and Josh. We have been together for 11 years and have been happily married for seven years. We have five dogs that range in size from very small to large; the three little ones are rescues, and the two large dogs are litter mates. Their names are Merlin, Emrys, Freddie, Gaius, and Willham. Adam is a human resources professional in higher education, and Josh is a special education teacher. We have many hobbies, including ATVing, dirt biking, hiking, fishing, boating, and really anything to do with the outdoors. We also enjoy creating art for our home, family, and friends. We enjoy traveling both around the U.S. and internationally. During the winter, we usually pick up a book we have been wanting to read or catch up on our favorite shows and movies that have come out. We also enjoy getting together with our families for dinner and game nights.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a rural Wisconsin town that becomes a bustling tourist attraction from spring until fall. Our house is in the country, next to our family’s hobby farm. It sits on over an acre of land with half an acre fenced in, and is only three miles away from the local town. We share our home with five dogs that enjoy being outside playing catch and sitting around a campfire. They are always willing to help with the yardwork; and are especially good at collecting fallen sticks. Merlin, Emrys, and Freddie love sunbathing on the deck or being lap dogs. Running around playing catch or tug of war are Gaius and Willham’s favorite activities. They all enjoy it when the neighbor kids come over to see them.
Our Extended Family
Adam’s family lives two hours in either direction from our home. We visit Adam’s mother every few weeks to help her with landscaping and other housework she is no longer able to do. We also enjoy going out for lunch or dinner and chatting about life. We visit Adam's brother or he visits us several times a year for holidays and other family events. Two of our dogs came from his dog’s litter, so we usually catch up on the comparisons and some of the nonsense they tend to create.
Josh’s family also lives about two hours from our home. We visit Josh’s parents, sister, brother-in-law, and niece and nephew every few weeks. We get together for all of the holidays and frequently during the summer. They bring their camper to our house for extended weekends. We spend a lot of time with our nephew fishing and doing arts and crafts with our niece.
Every Sunday we have a family dinner with Adam's aunt and uncle, their kids and their spouses, and their children, who all live locally. We have a yearly tradition of putting on a massive firework show for the neighborhood every Fourth of July.
What Led Us To Adoption
Since we met, we knew we wanted to have a child. We explored all possible options there were before making the decision to pursue adoption. In 2020 we hosted a foreign exchange student, which solidified our decision to move forward with adoption. Experiencing the joy of teaching someone our way of life and getting to experience theirs was a driving force. We knew that after Josh finished his latest degree, it was time to embark on our adoption journey.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
