dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We want to start off by thanking you for considering this very special option in front of you. We pray God guides and protects you and the child growing inside of you. We hope learning about our small family and the love and opportunities we have to offer is what you are looking for.
If you choose us, we promise to provide a loving home, two involved parents, and a big sister who can’t wait to love a younger sibling. Please know you are very special and wise for considering making an adoption plan for your child. We are grateful and forever thankful to you for reading our letter. We hope to hear from you.
About Us
Everyone calls Abieyuwa Abie. She grew up in West Africa before moving to Florida. She contracted polio as a child, and she now uses a wheelchair/motorized scooter. She has not let that get in her way of achieving her dreams as a healthcare professional. She enjoys going to the movies, watching the news, reading, and gardening. She is a registered pharmacist. Devin grew up in Kentucky. He works as a cartographic technician. He loves solving problems, following structure, and working at his own pace. He loves to do research on everything that he is involved with to maximize his efforts toward success. We have a wonderful 12-year-old daughter who would make an amazing big sister!
Our Home & Pets
We recently built a wheelchair-accessible home in a premium neighborhood that is around shops, parks, and restaurants. A church is also nearby. There is a sense of community and good neighbors all around us. We have a small, 10-pound dog; her name is Gizmo. She is a cockapoo that is hypoallergenic. She is smart and very cute. She is so intelligent that she knows what she can get away with and what she cannot. Whenever Abie gets home from work, she comes right up to the back window. She gets very excited.
Our Extended Family
We come from a fairly decent-sized family. Devin has three brothers and sisters along with five aunts and uncles and countless cousins. Abie has two brothers along with aunts and uncles. We both also have nieces and nephews. Each side has a family reunion every two to three years. Everyone gets together in a city convenient for everyone.
We were blessed with one biological child. We have struggled through infertility in wanting more, but that has not been a hindrance in the desire to grow our family. We chose adoption because our hearts are open to love and sharing the joys and comfort of our home. Since we come from a big family, a couple of our cousins are adopted. One is from India, and the other cousin is from Paraguay.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have always wanted to adopt a child in addition to having a biological child. We love having children around and hearing their laughter. We have struggled with infertility in the past, but right now, being a parent is more important than being pregnant. We would welcome any culture or race into our family. Our friends say our home is a fun and family-friendly place to be. We often have Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings at our home, welcoming all relatives and friends. Some of our cousins are adopted, and through our experience with them, we wish to give that same loving experience to a child. We have a couple of cousins who were adopted. They enriched all our lives.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
